It was a chilly evening so we had planned on churros for dessert; unable to find any, we (somewhat begrudgingly) opted for the rolled ice cream. We were idiots, because this was phenomenal!Ordering is via a tablet like kiosk, which I think is pretty smart since it limits any miscommunication, and went with the Nutella with Nutella drizzle. I missed it in the description, but my partner saw it when ordering, that it comes with bananas rolled in too. Normally, I would have asked for no banana, but I'm so glad we went with the default; they really made this treat even more perfect and resulted in an ideal balance of flavors. Quick turnaround, and 100% creamy and delicious. I now want all my ice cream hand rolled like this.

I don't like to do terrible reviews since the ice cream is good but I normally ordered the S'mores and substitute the chocolate syrup with Nutella instead. But this time, I was recently told that they cannot add in the Nutella due to it not mixing well. I was like,"I usually have that done for me." The guy kept telling me that he can't do it for me since it's not part of the recipe and I was like,"okay I'll order the Naughty Nutella." I was so confused because he had just told me that he will not substitute for the Nutella in the S'mores one due to it not mixing well, but then we watched him as he starts to mix in the Nutella for the Naughty Nutella. I don't mind having to pay extra (even though the times I've had the substitution, they did it for me with no extra fee no problem). Also, I always had the Nutella substitution for the S'mores since one of their own employees suggested me to try that (when I first tried them).Again, the Ice Cream is good, but if you're going to tell us you cannot mix in the Nutella due to "inconsistency" (which I never experienced until now), maybe don't have the Naughty Nutella and other options. It doesn't make sense.

At the food truck stop in Lathrop. I was so surprised to find this place- a whole bunch of food trucks lined up with food from pretzels, momos, and of course ice cream! Rock N Roll seemed similar to Icicles but a lot of the menu items were Indian inspired. We ordered the gulab jamun roll with almonds and tutti frutti. Our server recommended these toppings and was very friendly. I guess my expectations were very high because I was slightly disappointed. I couldn't taste any rose flavoring from the ice cream; it might as well have been vanilla. Additionally, the tutti frutti topping just didn't work for me- not a fan of the taste and texture. Will most definitely return to the area, and might give another flavor a try.

Spotted this intriguing ice cream truck and couldn't resist satisfying my sweet tooth. While I usually have specific tastes, I'm open to trying new flavors. Opted for 'rasmalai' with almonds--every element, from texture to creaminess, surprised me in the best way. The subtle and elegant flavor, along with its handmade quality, won me over. Long line but definitely worth the wait! Line went fast and friendly staff! Creamy, milky taste! Add up to 3 toppings for free! I tried the Brownie Bliss with toppings of brownies, cheesecake and almonds. Daughter had the s'mores with toppings of brownies, pretzels and toasted marshmallows. My family's favorite new dessert spot to go to! Highly recommended and will return to try other flavors!

I think this is the only spot in the area that does rolled ice cream. It's a lil pricey so if you're not a fan of toppings then this would definitely not be worth it for you since it's the same price regardless if you get toppings. Be prepared to wait a little bit especially if it's busy.

Omg! Decided to try this place and it is so good!!! Customer service was awesome. I got the Strawberry topped with actual strawberries, cheesecake bites, and coconut flakes! Overall experience was a 10/10 . Definitely will be back!
