Robi Fire Wings

Was craving steak fries but realized nobody in Lathrop sells them. So glad this food truck sells them. Ordered 2 flavors of wings and 2 Large portions of steak fries that come with 2 soda choices. Tried the Parmesan wings and lemon pepper wings. Chicken was crispy and flavorful. The steak fries were so delicious and crispy (large portions) couldn't finish had to take home left over's. Services was pretty fast food truck is located all the way at the end of the line of food trucks near the digital food truck sign. Just listen out for the music and follow the Island Reggae music. Definitely will return for the wings and try different flavors. .

I feel bad for posting this review but I feel even worse for the people who had to wait over 1 hour to receive their food. I placed my order at 8:19pm and received my food at 9:10pm. The lady who took our order at no point informed me or anyone for that matter about the wait time. I think had she communicated the wait time people could decide if they want to wait that amount of time. A family who ordered after us ended up leaving. The food was okay. Was it worth the hour wait? No.

Ordered shrimp basket. The fries were undercooked and soggy. Shrimp was clearly from the frozen section. A light dusting of salt on both items could have been improved with some kind of seasoning. I was told there was cocktail sauce in the bag, but it was ranch dressing. I like to support local businesses, but this one needs some improvement if they want repeat business.

Used to have good fresh boneless chicken. Now they clearly changed to the frozen ones. They had something good going but won't return with these frozen boneless wings
