Just the perfect customer service. Promptly greeted by Tyler who offered his help right away if we had any questions. We had a lot of questions! First time getting a bike for our first child, so needed an expert's advice on what to look for. Tyler was patient, genuine, knowledgeable, and kind explaining our options thoroughly and then gave us the space to try things out and look on our own. Stayed around for our further questions, assisted with our helmet questions, and we took everything home within 30 minutes!! Woohoo! Tyler, you rock! Thanks for setting our little guy up with his first ever big boy bike.

As a stockton native, its slim pickings as far as bike shops go if I want to stay local. That said, I'm lucky that Robby's is centrally located and has solid hours. The crew is always ready to answer any needs and concerns and they're all incredibly knowledgable in their craft.

Been here twice in the last 2 months to buy new parts to upgrade my SE bikes. Helped both times by tommy who was able to answer any questions we had and also made recommendations. I live in Tracy and we have a bike shop out here but they are not professional and I would rather take the 30 minute drive to bring my business to Robby's rather than right around the corner from my house. Great service!

This place is the best ! These guys go above and beyond from repair to purchase... I would highly recommend this place as they really know their stuff and can help fix or point you in the right direction. They helped me fix a bike and buy some supplies .. thank you!!!

They don't open till 11AM weekdays, and *NOON* on weekends. They are the ONLY show in town for Stockton.I was in there today to get a flat fixed, and they wanted me to leave my bike with them for a WEEK.Can someone please provide some friendly competition here? The next closest shop is in Lodi. Stockton needs another bike store. The guy behind the counter couldn't have cared less.

There once was a time when this was a very nice friendly bicycle shop. Where they cared about the customers and weren't out to just empty their wallets. Now they didn't want to answer any questions at all pretty much just snubbed me. Said they would fix the brakes for $80 but now they still squeak when I got it back. Not even going to bother to try again they just have such a bad attitudes

I needed a tune up and new chain and cassette. I was going out of town for the weekend and brought my bike in on Thursday. They called me on Friday and said my bike was ready to pick up. Rides like new, couldn't be happier! The price was fair. Local shop 5 minutes from my house. Will recommend to all family and friends!
