RK's Pour House

I had a small backyard wedding last weekend and Rick was absolutely amazing! He had a MAJOR conflict which would have been a good reason to cancel on us, but he pulled through and put our minds at ease! He made our wedding reception so much fun and all of my guests loved him. Our drinks were so delicious everyone enjoyed them so much! The communication was so easy through email as well as paying invoices. This company deserves much more than a 5 star review. Please do not hesitate to book RK's Pour House for any service. You will not be disappointed!!

So let me think how I want to start this review. I usually use another company for bartending my parties but they were booked and as always things are meant to be. I did a request on Yelp and on thumbtack and Rick got back to me immediately. We messaged via thumbtack then via iMessage and I was sold. I had a few additional logistical questions then told him to send over the contract. Let me say Rick was so cool and able to do everything plus more than my usual people. I was impressed. I sent over my drink ideas and he sent me a shopping list. As always you pay a deposit of 50% which is standard. Move to the day of the party. He was early and had his helper with him. They setup and everything was perfect. They were ready for the party and started on time. Everyone expressed how great the drinks were, how nice and friendly they were and how they just added the lil extra touch to the party. Everyone was tipping left and right and I was so happy that they even had a good time with great food and good people. I will definitely use them again and you should too. Great great company.

RK and his team did a great job at our wedding that we held at the Seymour Marine Discovery Center on the campus of UC Santa Cruz. The facility had high expectations for vendor insurance and Rich made it happen. Rich worked with us to help pick a menu that we would be happy with and it was great that he and his crew provided so much (including non alcoholic beverage options of cucumber water and iced tea as well as a coffee and tea station). We didn't have the space at the venue to go with the small trailer / bar but we had Rich set up the barrel bar and it was perfect in front of the large windows that looked out on the Monterey Bay, it really looked awesome!We ended up erring on the cautious side and purchased more alcohol than initially recommended by Rich, but perhaps we have a group of friends and family that might end up with more drinks than average. I would have rather have extra than not enough and I'm glad we rounded up. We worked with our own graphic designer for all of the food and beverage menus, but it sounds like Rich normally provides just about everything you need other than the alcohol, carbonated mixers, and sodas, which was just what we wanted.Would recommend working with this crew, everyone was happy campers at the wedding!

We hired RK's for our wedding on July 3rd in Pescadero. Rick was communicative and helpful before the event, getting our drink menu ready and giving us a shopping list with everything we needed for the day of. The horse trailer bar was so cute and perfect for our venue. Rick is such a kind man, not to mention a fantastic bartender. All of our guests loved the variety of drinks offered and had nothing but great things to say. Cannot recommend them enough!

Rick was the perfect bartending service for our 110 person party. He was communicative and knowledgable about how much alcohol and mixers to purchase. Our venue had an existing bar and Rick was willing and able to use what we had. He was flexible and easy to work with in the week leading up to the party. Him and his wife were all smiles on the night of, and we are so thankful that such an important aspect of the party was in good hands!

We used RK's Pour House for our wedding, in May. Look no further, Rick and family, are your perfect bartending crew. We saw some ridiculous quotes for bartenders that didn't include the booze, Rick was the best and reasonably priced. Though I knew he was going to be awesome, when he talked with us on his way to a Shark's game. GO SHARKS! I wish we had a picture of his barrel bar display it was perfect for our modern rustic wedding, but he was the hotspot at our wedding. We had about 140 people. Rick and family were not only efficient with timing and quality of drinks, but as well as personable. The two post wedding comments we got a lot were: "It was a blast!" & "Where did you find the bartenders because they were top notch!" Make sure you try his Smoked Old Fashion. It was class in a glass! If we ever need a bartender again, we know exactly who to call.

Best bartenders ever! We hired RK's pourhouse for our outdooring wedding, with their super cute trailer option. Communication was always easy, and they were very accommodating and worked around some of my poor planning. Drinks were also super on point, hire them!

We hired RK's Pour for our mid-size outdoor wedding this summer, and Rick was fantastic from beginning to end! He was so easy to work with in planning our drink menu, and provided a shopping list that made it super easy to get what we needed. He provided the cups, garnishes, juices, and ice, and we just provided the liquor/beer/wine/sodas - it was awesome! He has worked a ton with the venue we used (Kinship Ranch) and it was apparent in how flawlessly they handled everything. Would highly recommend Rick and team!

We used RK's Pour House to bartend our outdoor wedding. From the first e-mail, to the day of the event, I have nothing but positive things to say about Rick. He was responsive in all communication and easy to work with. My husband and I were planning a low budget wedding, but were stressing about having a self serve bar and all the supplies we'd have to provide. We're so thankful we decided to hire a bartender, because he took care of everything! We provided the alcohol and sodas (with the help of Rick's suggestions on quantity) and he supplied the rest. We are extremely happy working with RK's Pour House and would highly recommend them!
