Riverbank Marina

Cool little marina close to my hotel. I am glad I went down to check it out!Beautiful view of the river with a bunch of cool restaurants. Highly recommend if you staying close by. Enjoy.

I ordered food from Chevys and the harbor master wanted me to pay 10.00 to park my boat to pick up my food. This was after I spent over 100.00 to fill my boat with gas. The fharbor masters are trying to rip off paying customers for parking at crawdads. This place is a sham. If you want a better experience go to Alamar. Food is way better, prices are better and, customer service is so much better. I will never do business here again. Fire the piece of crap harbor master that is trying to line his pockets from honest boaters.

Beyond disappointed with their customer service after my vehicle was broken into. Shame on you guys.

Had a bad experience when trying to get a slip, Tess was very condescending I recommend Sacramento Marina way better service from management !!!

The manager Tess has very bad customer service, I like Crawdads and Chevys but the Harbor Master has a real poor attitude and customer service I hope they will change that so we feel more comfortable at the Marina.

This used to be my favorite place to dock things have changed a lot over the years. They are on top of the noise coming from tenants in the day time, but have no control over other boaters and jet skis flying through the marina. If you want to get your boat damaged this is a great place to put it I would recommend Sacramento Marina ran by true proffesionals.

We have docked our boat at Riverbank Marina for the last 2 summers. The staff has always been friendly & helpful & the facilities are clean & stocked. The fellow tenants are also always friendly! Another great bonus is how close it is to some great restaurants! I would definitely recommend Riverbank Marina if you are looking for a place to dock your boat!

Had a blast at Riverbank Marina all summer! Lots of fun summer nights watching paddle boarders, boats and the fly boarders! Happy to see Crawdads is brining back their epic floating stage!! Also loving what the new owners did with Crawdads and they were great to work with when I threw my husband a 30th birthday party this last month!! Great marina, restaurants, people and hosted tenant happy hours with drinks, snacks and giveaways!

They illegally towed a vehicle of ours and then said the reason it was towed because every person at our table didn't contribute towards the bill . I wish I was making this up. Horrible management and horrible customer service. Crawdads is 10/10 but the people who manage the dock (Riverbank Marina) are detouring customers from ever returning to Crawdads. Crawdads owner is reimbursing for the tow cost so that right there validates that Riverbank Marina is wrong and scamming people.

We had another great weekend docked at Riverbank Marina. Both Tess and Ambie were great with communication during the reservation process. The whole dock staff makes you feel safe and welcome during the stay over the holiday weekend. We will definitely be back to this first class facility.
