Both took their time to answer my questions from start to finish. They also provided certain updates to my cockpit ie: light fixture attachment to the canvas. Robert supports the product's warranty and his workmanship comes with a lifetime warranty. Outstanding service, always open to answering questions and will correct any slight errors in the process. Two years ago Robert fabricated a custom canvas helm cover for our Chris Craft.A few weeks ago I noticed a few of the snaps had pulled away from the material.Gave him a call and he came by looked at it and agreed to reinforce the areas and take care of any issues.He did this free of charge ....A business that really stands behind their work!Thanks again Robert.
