Rio Vista RV Park

Place has really gone through a change. They got rid of all the riff raff and sketchy people. Finally putting some money into the park! It's nice to have a stable manager here for once and they have someone taking care of the outside. They re painted all the decking and re paved the roads, starting to look like an actual place to live. If you saw this place two years ago you wouldn't recognize it now. I was talking with some officers from Rio vista PD and even they noticed how much quieter it is here now. They used to be called daily. If you're looking for a reasonable place to live check em out.

This place has improved tremendously. I've done my research and saw that it was a very terrible place to live and deal with management. I'm a current resident and have zero issues to report. All neighbors are very friendly and the newer management is on top of everything and friendly to tenant requests and concerns. Sad there are no boat slips but they do have plans in the works to make something nice out of it. Happy to have moved in and contribute to the parks current positive morale.

Please don't stay here! The management sucks. I have lived her for two years. There have been five different managers in these two years. The new manager has been here for a little more than a week and has yet to introduce himself or his wife. He does however make demands. It's a do it because I say so situation, with nothing put in writing. He did however let everyone know he is here temporarily, so again we will be getting a new manager. He is very condescending to women. Repairs are slow in getting fixed. Other tenants have been the ones to do the repairs, because management will not hire professionals. Drugs, fights, domestic violence/disputes, burglaries, unkept grounds, homeless people, cops are always getting called. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR CHILDREN. Too high priced to stay here, when there's so much chaos, drugs, fights, homeless people, shady manager, and unkept grounds. The website for this RV park has very old and not accurate pictures of what the place looks like now. For example: the boat dock is not accessible, broken, partially sunk, with lots of debris. my family and I just moved into this mobile home park. Felisha Foster made the process easy from day 1. she answered every question we had and made the paperwork and the deposit process easy. Felisha is friendly and easy to talk to and the park is better than its reputation. I am looking forward to my time here with my family.

The park has made some amazing changes and loving the landscape being taken care of along with painting and more. it has changed so much since the new manager took over. Laurie does a great job communicating and helping the tenants. She is courteous and professional.

I had my rv parked there for 3 months. On the third month someone broke into it, along with several others. Absolutely no security. Before I rented a spot there, the owner told me that it was totally safe they never had a break in. II found out later that it was a total lie. No compassion at all from owners when I informed them of the break in. All they said was would you like to cancel your contract, and we are not responsible.
