The gal who answered the phone and helped me with directions was lovely. She is also the one who greeted me at the office and walked me through the process of paying to process roosters and then dropping them off in the correct place. Great customer service and so grateful to have them able to process for us. They were able to put feet, innards and heads aside for me to take home for my dog. Highly recommend!

My family has been a loyal customer of Riella Farms for years now. We drive nearly 2 hrs to get our lamb and chickens here because we know it'll be fresh! Highly recommend this farm for any fresh meat/dairy/poultry.

The owner is arrogant and the goats are expensive compared with other farms, we left there and went to half moon bay and the same size he called 480$ we got for 300$ and his farm does not cut in small bits, you have to do it yourself. It can be messy and time consuming compared with the other farm, they cut in small not too small chunk and the clean for you. For a $20 fee.

First time there, dirty place and the poor chickens, ducks and pigeons were so tightly packed in their cages. Also, one of the Hispanic lady there was rude and acts like she owns the place.

I always go when we need chicken For parties and ceremonies. The have their own staff to kill the chicken, boil and plucking machine. I like the set up of the cleaning tables and water to help u clean. I appreciate this place cause not a lot of ppl set up homegrown hard working livestock anymore. It's hard to come by. As long as they will stay open I know where to go for my livestock. I travel all the way from sac and get the best. I only gave them 4 because I don't think they have a restroom for guest or at least I've never had to ask.

They're a little on the expensive side but the chickens that I bought where very good and very fresh. I'm looking at possibly getting some beef from them but I'll need to go in on it with a couple other people because I don't have room for an entire cow in my freezer

This place is fairly decent. Staff can sometimes be rude, but they work all day slaughtering animals in the hot sun! Give them a break. I buy 1-2 cows here yearly and get them processed. I like how fast they work so I can then cut the meat up. The price is alright, can't really complain. Make sure you don't bring kids or the elderly here. The place is super dirty, and it smells. Also, it's very dangerous. There are sharp materials everywhere.
