Absolutely the best dealer in Northern California to purchase a CanAm from the Sale to the Service...Exceptional service for the last 2 years that I have been going to them. I live closer to other dealers but they do not even come close to the Service provided by Ed and his crew!Grateful for excellent service!

I came in a couple months ago and talked to Sara because I was looking to purchase a can and spider rt limited she took her time and explained everything about this bike and I appreciated it so much because I went to other places and they didn't take the time to talk to me about it anyways I had great customer service and I highly recommend this place and talking with Sara she's AWSOME so like I said I went it a couple months ago I wanted a blue one she told me she would call me when there's one in and she did I came in the next day and I bought it !! I'm so happy!!thanks so much Sara !!!

Officially ready for summers in Lake Tahoe!! Such a great experience throughout the whole process. From texts and phone calls only, we were able to get everything taken care of. Super knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Our sales person was able to build out what we wanted in a jet ski and we couldn't be more excited!

A good friend of mine purchased a few jetskis from a woman who had the skis and the trailers serviced from this shop right before she sold them. Within 5 minutes of taking the jet ski out, the ski started malfunctioning and when we got back on land we noticed some hoses weren't attached. My friend discovered a bunch of other issues with the skis and he brought them back to the shop. He has received 1-star service, at best. This is seriously affecting me because he promised to take me out on the skis and now WEEKS later he still has no ETA on when (or IF) we will be taking these skis out again. Glad I don't own the skis because he is receiving quite the headache from this shop. If you want to go somewhere with good customer service, don't go here!!

I took my wife's can am ryker to have the oil change and check up. I also.had them put a lock on the emergency brake. I had them price out the installation of a fox suspension system after being mis quoted in the Dublin can am dealer who is a rip off and Liars. They gave me a great price. After having them do the work they did. Great job. They were professional. They even checked to see if there were any recalls on the ryker. I will take my Mike's can am back to them for any needs

We have found a new place to do business with. This is our second Sea Doo. This dealer run by Karena has been really good to us so far. It's very family friendly like coming to this place. We have worked with Karena twice now. Once we came in last summer to sell our Sea Doo on consignment which was a great time to sell. She made it easy simple and took care of everything. We came back to buy a 2021 Sea Doo GTI Se which we love. It's a great water craft. We were in and out of there. All the staff working is very nice they place is clean, you feel comfortable, and I'd recommend everyone looking for a Sea Doo, off road vehicles and even they have a BOAT dealer next door! We are definitely past customers and are now clients here at Ride On Powersports. Come here for friendly 10/10 customer service.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! The absolute BEST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. In the past four or five weeks I've probably called a dozen different places selling Can-Am Rykers. NONE of them would tell me a price with the exception of the folks at Ride On. Everyone wanted me to "Come in and check it out and we'll talk!" Or "Hey, swing on by and we can set up an estimate for you!" I actually started emailing and telling people I had a speech impediment just so they wouldn't want to call me! And I STILL got the runaround.That was not the case with these guys. I emailed them about a Ryker 900 they had on the floor, told them I didn't want anything special and just wanted the price... You wouldn't believe it... THEY GAVE ME THE PRICE OF THE RYKER! I had been screwed over so many times by so many other places trying to upsell me when I told them I JUST wanted the price that I was actually skeptical that they weren't hiding something! But they weren't! So they got a customer! Craziest thing right? Don't try to screw people over and they'll buy from you! Wild, I know!Sara and the rest of the crew at Ride On were an absolute pleasure to deal with, I will literally skip the Dealership two miles away from my house (Roseville) and pass another one Elk Grove) to ride 45 minutes away to Dixon for anything else I need. As long as they continue to be as awesome as they were today, they will have a lifelong customer. I actually enjoyed being in a dealership! Not something I ever thought I'd say.

In January 2024, I purchased a brand new E-Z-Go Express Elite Golf Cart for nearly $16,000. Since then it has broken down and stopped running twice. The first time I was required to go rent a trailer to haul it to be repaired. The second time it happened Karena said she would talk to the regional sales manager for E-Z-Go, a Mr. Logan Sondren, to see if they could help with the problem. I was told he would call me but he never has. I have left two messages but still no reply. I am left with a supposedly brand new vehicle stuck in a difficult location, with a dealer again unwilling to help out and telling me its my responsibility to go rent a trailer and haul it to them. I would not recommend buying an E-Z-Go golf cart and I certainly would advise anyone not to do business with Ride On Powersports!

I purchase my boat from Karena (the general manager) almost 2 years ago. Today I was on the lake with friends and when I went to start my boat, I was getting an error code. I did not have the Manuel on the boat. I was able to Call Karena and she took the time to walk me through how to fix the error code I was getting. This was on a Saturday afternoon and she stopped everything she was doing to help me fix my problem. This is the fourth purchase I have made at the store. Thank you for always taking care of me.
