My husband ordered a turkey sandwich "with everything on it" except mayo.... They gave me nothing on my sandwich except turkey and bread. Nothing that I requested was on my sandwich.... I paid $12 for this inadequate sandwich. Wish the staff paid better attention.

I love sourdough and I was told by someone I trust that they tried the West Coast Sourdough location on the west side of town and it was terrible so I wanted to try this spot instead. As other reviews state, the cost seems really high. As someone who buys sandwiches regularly, I was really hoping for more based on the price. That being said, the sandwich was simple and tasted good. I can't usually eat a whole 8 in sandwich in one setting but the fact that there wasn't much in the way of ingredients made that possible here. As you can see from the photo, I can easily hold both halves of the sandwich in one hand. Also, the sourdough flavor wasn't as bold and prominent as I would have liked. It tasted more like a baguette and a sourdough had a baby than a full on sourdough. If I were only rating on the sandwich I might have given 2 stars but I saw that they had a lemon white chocolate cookie and I had to order that. It was off the charts delicious! Honestly, I would stop here just for the cookie. That being said, I probably wouldn't get another sandwich here.

For 42 dollars we got two sandwich combos that comes with a drink and soup. The only good thing about it was the sourdough bread. It was supposed to be toasted and wasn't warm. The cheese wasn't even melted. Both soups were lukewarm and we did not eat them. The staff didn't seem like they were excited to be there at all. No smiles. Cute little place. We just won't be returning due to the price and the vibes.

It took 10 minutes for her to even start my order. Then I asked her to cut the meatballs of my meatball sandwich in half which she did not do. I will never return here. I could've been in and out and had my lunch finished if I've gone to Subway.

Visiting from out of town and saw West Coast Sourdough near my location. Really wanted a sandwich and had never heard of this place before. Upon arriving, wasn't greeted and after the person in front of me ordered, the associate walked off. Upon returning, the associate asked me what I wanted...blank faced and cold. She then rushed me through my order and it was apparent she was not very happy or not having a great day. The vibe was off-putting to say the least. Surprisingly, the sandwich I ordered was very good. I'm not sure if I'd return when in the area again. Sadly, I see this poor customer service in many establishments now. Of the three people working there, only one person acknowledged me on my way out. The associate who took my order I never saw again after my order was placed.

Great sandwich but took 20 min to get it. Under staffed. Only three ppl in the store. Always short handed and SLOW!! They need to take lessons from the elk grove store. Always well staffed and 4x faster. I wont be back to the lodi location.

We decided to try this new establishment today. We were in the area and my daughter recently tried this restaurant in Folsom. My wife and I both ordered their 6" Sandwiches and added Chips and a drink. Our bill was just under $30. My wife had a "Build your own" sandwich. She had a Salami, Turkey and cheese sandwich. I ordered their BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwich. Both of our sandwiches were very tasty. The bread is fresh and was warmed up. If you don't want Chips and a Drink, you can order a side salad & drink or Soup & Drink or Mac - N Cheese & Drink. Anyway if in the area and want a good sandwich stop by and try it out. They also offer soup by the cup, bowl or in a bread bowl

I would technically give the place 5 stars but gave it 4 stars because it's a little pricey for sandwiches and soup.. If you're looking for the best tomato bisque? In my opinion, this place has it. We got 2 bowls of their tomato bisque which comes with 3 pieces of fresh sourdough... so so yummy. I ordered the 6" Turkey Pesto with everything on it. So good. Hubby ordered the 8" French dip.. he said it was delicious too. Our bill was right at $42. Again a little pricey.. (but with today's crazy inflation.. what isn't?) but definitely delicious.We had great speedy service.. and the girls were very nice.

Brunch on a calm Friday morning, first visit. Heard the clam chowder was good, so ordered that in a bread bowl and chicken poblano pepper soup. Also tried 6" reuben, warmed, toasted, with melted cheese. Soups flavorful, before and after adding hot sauce packets they gave us. Staff were pleasant and professional. Answered questions about soup ingredients. The place started filling up with the lunch crowd, so I'm glad we could arrive early. #breathingspace

Food is good, tomato bisque is a bit too sweet for my taste, when we went there, they were running out of "clam chowder soup" so we didn't get to try that.Staffs are nice, inside is clean.
