Best decision we ever made. Rehorn did an AMAZING job on our Roadtrek. The roof was starting to peel/bubble - now it looks brand new!

So first off things went pretty smooth as expected. I was given an appointment time with a 2-hour window to get my RV worked on since I had a minor electrical issue. I thought the labor price at $200/hour with a 2-hour minimum was a bit steep, but this is Commiefornia. I called the day before and talked to Kaley to ask if they had an RV dump and could we utilize it while we were there. She stated sure, no problem.Upon our arrival today, we were greeted by Chris. After he finished up with a customer, we started the conversation about us showing up early to use the RV dump. He stated he wasn't aware of the approval and said that he'd have to wait until Kaley showed up. He did not make any effort to contact her to verify the approval and he never got back to me.He stated that he had me in for 2-hours on the dash radio repair and an hour on the door awning. I declined the work on the door awning as I'm going to replace the motor myself and save $200. He then questioned when we would like the RV back. I told him that we are going to wait for it. He stated that it might be done by the end of the day. I then reiterated to him that when I made the appointment, it was to be completed while we wait.Chris contacted the service technician on the phone and told him I was here. The service technician (Harry) stated that he would be there in 15 minutes to start the work. 25 minutes later, Harry walked out of the parts department and stated that he had to run and get a part that one of the techs broke on another job.We left to go get food and came back 45 minutes later and nothing was started. I walked into the reception area and asked Chris where Harry was. He stated he was in our Bus working on the problem. I proceeded to walk to our Bus to check on progress.Guess what? No Harry and nothing had been completed. By this time, it was almost 12:15 and we had been there since 10am. I proceeded to ask for my keys back since this was the worst customer service I have ever received. Chris couldn't find my keys and supposedly Harry had them in his pocket and would be back soon. Then less than a couple of minutes, Chris came out with our keys. This place is a joke. They never apologized for Harry not being here on time to work on our RV, then disregarding our appointment and sending Harry to get parts for another job while we just stood there waiting for someone to start working on our RV.I will NEVER recommend this establishment as their customer service skills suck sweaty donkey balls. Chris told me that if he was scheduling the appointment, it wouldn't have been scheduled for a waiter appointment. I don't really care who scheduled it, we were told there was a 2-hour window blocked out for them to fix our RV. They out and out lied to us. We wasted fuel and our time just to be given the proverbial run around. Stay away from this place if you want your RV serviced. The technician Harry also reeked of alcohol and that should not be acceptable. They may do great body work, but they need remedial training on customer service.Caveat Emptor

Rehorn was recommended to us by our insurance company when we got a nasty gash on the outside of the upper bunk on our RV. We call, they got us right in and had it done a week before they said they would. SCORE! The staff was supper friendly and they did a wonderful job fixing, repainting, relettering and sealing our RV. This will definitely be our go-to place for any repairs on our RV.

The awning on my coachman prism motorhome was damaged while it was being serviced at the Mercedes dealer in Rockland California. They took complete responsibility for it and sent the RV to Rehorn for repairs.I was very pleased with the outcome as the new awning was even better than the one that was on it when we bought it new.

The crew at Rehorn RV Repair replaced the skis on my 5th wheel slides, reattached the panel around the pin box, and reinstalled the wedge on my hitch. They did an excellent job and I will always take my RV's to them. The staff and technicians listened to my concerns and ensured that when I left, I was completely satisfied. Also, when I picked up my 5th wheel, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they washed it and treated the tires. I recommend Rehorn RV Repair 100% with complete confidence!

Our class A was damaged while in storage so we scheduled with Rehorn to get the repairs done in between trips. While there the rear cap seam was repaired. The color matching was flawless and the clear coat was like a mirror. The rear seam was better than the factory. The motorhome was cleaned and ready on time.

Obviously nobody wants to HAVE to go to a collision center but if you need your rv fixed up, this is the place to go. From start to finish, they were fantastic to work with. Both Kaley and Chris were responsive and helpful. When it came to the repair of our fifth wheel, they gave us multiple options. I even went in one day to see the progress of the repair. We just picked up today and let me just say, it's even better than it was pre collision. I would recommend them to anyone!

Was referred to Rehorn by a friend and was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They handled everything with the insurance company and made repairs which were fairly extensive including manufacturing a large door. I also had them replace and repair my awning along with 2 slide toppers which I paid out of pocket. I was extremely pleased with the work they did, the paint matched and blended perfectly. The door they made functions better than the OEM, the awnings and slide toppers are also top notch. I highly recommend them and thank them for a job well doneDennis 2016 Thor Miramar

For the most part I was satisfied with the work. I had a scratch from a tree that was the full length of the RV that they were going to repair. Well the scratch is mostly gone, but the swirl marks on my full body paint are HORRIBLE. Just had an estimate from a shop to get them out which is crazy expensive. The shop I got the estimate from to fix them said il" looks like a 5 year old was let loose with a buffing machine for the first time" I tend to agree. Wish I had seen this before I left the shop but I didn't. My RV was parked with the sun on the opposite side all looked good until I was hundreds of miles away. Lesson learned

I used the parts department. Ben was very helpful and friendly. They had what I needed for a great price. Their shop has all sorts of cool stuff to look at for travel trailers and motorhomes.
