Referral Auto Group

Tony at referral auto group is truly the man! He seems to know a considerable amount more than most. I had an issue with my gooseneck 5th Wheel companion hitch having play up and down of about a quarter inch where it attaches to the bed. Any play there is bad. But I was able to make it move up and down about a quarter inch with just one hand pulling up on it. I just bought this truck. And I am amazed at the lack of forethought from the factory on the puck system in the new 2020 GMC 3500 HD. First of all the center weight is positioned from the factory 6 inches behind the rear axle as it's factory mount spot. Not going to go and all that frustration, that's not the point of this review. I took the truck and hitch to both the GMC dealership and the trailer dealership that sold me the hitch originally as well as five other places, and nobody could figure out any answers or how to fix it. The GMC dealership even called the manufacturer and the manufacturer didn't have an answer for it either (other than "that's how the factory sets it, it should be fine. We haven't had any complaints.")I went to Tony this morning thinking I'll give one more person a shot at seeing if we could figure this out before I have to go pick up my trailer. Within five minutes Tony not only figured out the problem, but I had also made a call to a relationship and found the fix. It was only $200 and a 15 minute drive away. Thank you Tony for getting a frustrating situation handled professionally quickly and correctly. I will be using referral auto group for 100% of all my service on my fifth wheel moving forward.

Purchased our trailer from referral auto group in January and have received nothing but EXCELLENT service! Everyone there is extremely helpful and friendly! We had originally looked at the same trailer at a different dealer but decided to go with referral! They're honest, no hidden fees and they don't try to "sell" you. Their service department goes above and beyond and they ALWAYS get us in and out with whatever service we need. They are one of the very few dealers that have a lifetime warranty on all there new trailers! No need to shop around! They are the best! We have already begun referring family and friends.

Hey Tony... Jen, Senior and the rest of the Service team. We picked up the MH and we finished a quick trip and test run. We want you to know how much we appreciate you and the Team for our replacement of our RV washer and dryer. Thankfully Senior dug in and found a ruptured hose as well which would have been a real problem and som future water damage. My motorhome had an electrical issue and the team was quick to find and fix the issue. A very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Highly recommend, especially as an Escalonian.

Ok, I have previously left a five star review for this place regarding the sales experience I have had . I have purchased this gif h wheel approximately 2 months ago and it has been awesome, we have used it lots , and of course we had very minor issues with the rig...service really stood tall and stood behind there product ...they just aren't there for the sale :... Tony stands behind there product, they totally took care of us... if you are interested in an Rv I would definitely give Referal auto group a try.. it's a true mom and pop small. Town feel...

When shopping for new travel trailer/5th wheel I went to a few well known dealers in the area. When shopping and asking questions they didn't have the answers just carried a price list around with them and didn't even know the location of some of their trailers. A friend told me about Referral Auto Group and I found something I was interested in. When I went there Ricky showed me the 5th wheel I was looking for and answered every question in detail. Then Tony came over and introduced himself and also gave me some more info about the 5th wheel. Overall very happy with the experience of the sale with Ricky and Tony. When I went to pick up trailer Paul did the walk through and he explained and went over every working part of the trailer and how use all equipment which was different from my previous trailer. You guys are great and would come back to make another purchase. I will also refer any of my friends or family to Referral Auto Group for a travel trailer purchase. We are extremely happy with our new 5th wheel thank you Ricky.

We bought a new KZ Durango 5th wheel from Referral Auto Group. Ricky our salesperson was on the ball and we had a great experience purchasing. Tony was very informative and also great to deal with. I was impressed with how clean the repair shop is and how organized it was, We had nothing but a horrible experience before when we purchased a trailer at Best Buy in Turlock. This experience at Auto Referral Group was just the opposite. I would recommend buying from Referral Auto Group. So far nothing but great service.

My mom was in the market for an Evoke. She did a quick google search and found this place. Hence I'm writing the review on my parents behalf. We came out on a whim and checked out a few trailers to see which one my parents would like along with the "kids" input and we settled on a model L. This review isn't just for the perfect trailer that my parents bought but for Tony an his wife. Tony was very informative he knew the ins and out of every trailer and was very HONEST about what they had to to offer. He wasn't pushy and said you had to get this one or that one he let us decide on what we liked and then walked us through the entire process. Both him and his wife are very accommodating. We did an unconventional trade in that my parents are very happy about and happy that it worked out for both parties. Tony helped my stepdad through the process of what we needed for his truck if that was the vehicle he would be using. All in all it worked out for them. We can't wait to go camping and enjoy the new haul. Thank you guys for your help and I know my parents are both very happy with their buy and more importantly who they purchased it from!!
