I paid $2,000 and Ron didn't finish the job!As a new small business owner (4years) my taxes were more complicated than an individual and when we ran into a problem, Ron wasn't knowledgeable enough to handle it. I had to consult with another tax specialist which brought a new solution to the table. I had already paid Ron $2,000 to prepare my taxes. I was open to hiring the new consultant to work with Ron to help him file my taxes properly but he arrogantly refused.Now I'm left with tax returns Ron prepared that cannot be filled, so the only option now is to hire another tax preparer to redo everything I had already paid Ron to do. If you're a small business owner looking to qualify for a home mortgage loan in the near future, these tax services may not be for you.I understood my situation was complicated but $2,000 were paid and I'm literally back to ground zero. Ron obviously disagreed and told me that he worked to prepare my taxes and that was his job which he accomplished. These corporate tax returns were not accepted by the IRS so I don't understand the value he provided, It literally feels like I've been robbed.

My experience I videotaped, link below of what I went through. Ron, has no patience, over the years it has gotten worse. He does not want to explain anything. He always acts put out. His wife listens in on the side of the wall violating my privacy.. Just realized that is so innapropriate. Bursts in the room standing over me telling me how they have been in business 30 years etc, just watch my video that I detail this. She has messaged me before to put good reviews for them. I have been so nice to them, sucking it up over the years, continually thinking to go somewhere else but worried since they have all our stuff. No one should be spoken to the way I was. I have bit my tongue over the years when he has acted this way. Because of my tax fear, and hope that if I continued to be extra nice and give them little gifts as a Christian, that maybe he would be nicer. There is no peace, no patience, no kindness, goodness, faithfulness or self control. When a wife listens in outside the door and burst in to reprimand me to standing over me, there is a tremendous lack of proffesionalism.
