Stay trying to try it and it so t work out. I always try to call to order first, but there's never no answer. Each time I have gone the first question is "Are you here to pick up?" - No"Did you place a phone order?" - Couldn't. No one answered Oh ok, well I'm swamped with bartering order and it's going to be about an hour, can you come back?- Sure, and proceeds to go to JJ Fish or Wingstop. I don't understand it. But maybe it ain't meant for it to be.

We've patrons of the establishment since 2023. I must say every time we've come here our Fish & Chicken is by far one of the best in Sacramento & Stockton, CA. You're greeted as soon as you enter. The service is so warming. We ordered the combo Cat Fish & Chicken Wings with Fried Okra. The food always tastes oh so good. We will be back

Was craving fish and chips and found Rays Chicken & Fish Market. As soon as we entered we were greeted and felt welcomed. We ordered the large cod that also came with a slice of toast and fries and it was more than enough to share between two people. We also ordered 2 fried mushroom and fried okra. It took about 10 minutes to receive our order. There is indoor seating available, lots of space, and very clean. Everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to return back to try other items.

If you love fried food/ soul food this is a must try whether you're in Stockton or Sacramento. The Stockton location is more of a to go place feel inside but it's perfect for take out. Never been disappointed in the service.

Wow this place is fire! Stopped by and got the 15 pc basa. I had an hour long drive home, but it tasted so good I pretty much ate the whole order in the car without any sauces. Yes, it was that darn good. Man behind the counter (maybe Ray) was super nice and hooked it up with the sauces. I liked that he had a speakerphone set up outside so you can wait in your car. I recommend calling it in or ordering online before you head out there. Thank me later. No photo because I ate all of it up real quick.

I spent 200 at this place. I ordered two crab boils one with snow crab, and the other with Dungeness crab. Fried shrimp, chicken, wings, garlic noodles, pecan pie, sweet potato pie, crabcake, and red beans and rice. When I opened the containers, they substituted the Dungeness crab, which I paid extra for, for snow crab. There was no corn in it and the crabcake was missing from my order. The rice on the side of the seafood boils was missing and the red beans and rice was not even cooked , beans were super hard. I'm very unsatisfied. I will not be returning to this location.
