Rancho Victoria Vineyard

Kerry from the Inn at 161 recommended her favorite winery to us. We got a flyer to go and wine tastes for a penny. In the state of California you must charge to taste wine unless you're a part of a promotion, club member etc...The grounds are absolutely stunning and the wine is just the same! The new owner Emily and her son took over a few months ago. I wish them all the best in their new adventure. Holger is the manager and he poured our wine and he is originally from Germany. He made our day extra special. Sometimes they have music/bands and food trucks on the grounds which makes for a fun evening! If you're in the area must try this winery. I'm sure you will fall in love with the wine, the vinery and of course the staff!!

We've been members at RVV going on two years . We absolutely love this place & worth the two hour drive to spend a the best time tasting wines & the awesome hospitality of the Wine Ambassadors here at RVV & we've meet some of the nicest wine members here at RVV as well. Congratulations to Melanie & Jeff the new owners of RVV! We meet Melanie yesterday at the Valentine Day carriage ride . We simply & absolutely loved it ! I hope this will be a Valentine tradition.We had the most gracious wine ambassadors of Holgar & JB who were very attentive & hospitality extraordinaires . All the wine ambassadors are all very informative & genuine & kind & fun . Absolutely NO pretentious vibe here ! We LOVE that you have nish nosh while we're enjoying all the varieties of RVV wine . What a wonderful addition to the tasting room . Y'all went above & beyond with Valentine Carriage & wine tasting . The price included the ride, wine tasting & chocolate strawberries. Holgar saved my husband b/c he was able to help out us out b/c we were late 20 minutes due to traffic when we were coming from San Ramon & traffic heading to Plymouth at 1:30 pm wasn't the best but as soon as we reached Waterloo it was a nice & stress free drive to Plymouth . Thank you Holgar for making it work ! Always AMAZING !!! RVV has the most amazing view & the inside of the tasting room is warm & welcoming & the bathroom in this place is the cutest & very clean . We've been to a couple of the tribute concerts & we always stay at an Airbnb knowing we will have a good time! Staying safe & not driving intoxicated. Melanie & Jeff y'all inherited a great team of wine ambassadors & looking forward to the great success of RVV! We all know you will ROCK this place !!!

We have been wine club members for about 5 years. I just realized I haven't Yelped them yet! The tasting room sits atop a small hill which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery. There is plenty of outdoor seating, which is dog friendly. The wine club events often have live music and food, and we always have a good time. They often have special music events throughout the year. This summer I believe they have 3 tribute bands lined up.The wines are good and reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Tasting fees are $15 per person, with one tasting fee waived per two bottles purchased. Club members receive complimentary tastings.

Such an impressive property. The views are to die for and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Always have to stop by here when in town! Definitely worth the drive for the views, the friendly staff, and the great wine! A great place to hang out for a few hours and bring a picnic or charcuterie with friends or family.

Make a reservation for tasting. It's totally worth it! Outstanding tasting experience, beautifulVineyard, excellent wines. They even invite you to bring a lunch and sit at one of their tables. The place is beautiful, large, the tasting room is beautifully designed, the host was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so glad we found this vineyard. We will definitely return.

Great experience today! Our bed and breakfast (The Inn at 161 - check it out) gave us a highly discounted tasting here. My wife and I decided to give it a chance and were blown away. The views from their facility were amazing and the service was excellent. On top of that, every single wine we tried was delicious, which is rare for us when we do wine tastings as there usually one or two we don't like from wherever we're tasting. We would definitely visit here again and would love to do so during one of their concerts hosted on the property.

A last minute decision change of plans brought us here and we are grateful it did. What a beautiful and unpretentious spot in the wine tasting world! Hoger helped us navigate their tasty wine list at an unhurried pace on a slightly rainy Wednesday afternoon. It was a perfect stop and we will absolutely return!

My husband and I had the most relaxing time at this winery. We were blown away by the stunning views and tranquil atmosphere. It truly felt like an escape to the Italian countryside. Our wine ambassador, Holger, was down to earth and incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. We will absolutely be back, as it is just a quick 45 minute drive from our home in Sacramento. What a treat!

Went here with a group for the wine crush weekend . The wine tasting area is small but cute place and the wine quality was the best we tasted that whole weekend . The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable . The owner being in the wine tasting area was very nice . We will be back .
