Ramont's Tow Service

Robert showed up in about 25 minutes after requesting the tow. My fan belt had fallen off and I needed my van towed to the dealership. He was careful with not damaging the bumper when loading it on the vehicle, since it's low to the ground. Good job Ramont's

We had a tire blow out on the freeway. Jonathan got to us within an hour and got us to the tire shop before they closed so we could get the tire changed. He was also so nice, funny and made the ride to the shop seem shorter. Highly recommend!

My fiancé's car got totaled in an accident and Ramont's was the tow service that came by to pick up the car. We went to the office to pick up the belongings from the car. The employees were professional and very friendly. They assisted us immediately and helped us load our belongings into my car. The process was very seamless. I appreciate the kindness they showed to my fiancé and I.

These guys came out to tow my RV to the repair shop. They were quick to arrive, worked quickly and competently, and everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional. Very satisfied.

Very professional more of a heavy duty company then a everyday car company but got my car towed after an accident they were there very fast and driver (dean) was very helpful and nice.

Very bad service, inappropriate customer service. Customers are here paying for your services, not the other way around. Grumpy office people and truck driver. 30 min on phone and charging that on the tow. Beware , stay away from this bad service. ERIC did not help appropriately

The least I could do is write a review for Ramonts tow service. My car broke down and I was stressed and frustrated! Needing a tow, I started searching google and after talking with several...most charging ridiculous fees and still couldn't help me within a two hour window...I went to yelp for reliable services! This company was sponsored and he answered my call quickly. Tow costs are expensive...But this shop was lower than others! He said he could have someone to me within 20 minutes and I was grateful! Within minutes, a neighbor/mechanic came out and helped get my car running, so I called the tow shop to cancel. The driver was already in route...so the driver said 'no charge' and I offered! But he said thank you, but not necessary. I will keep this tow service in my phone and highly recommend this level of professionalism.

The phone operator was rude. They tow truck driver was polite, but didn't bring the car to the proper location. They are over priced and incompetent. Would not recommend.

My Truck was towed by Ramont's, the driver's name is Jay. They picked the truck up at Ampm and towed it to my repair shop. Because of COVID19 you cant go with them. When they picked the truck up they take a picture of the front license plate and back with there ipad. My truck had no damage to the front when they got it and the footage from ampm shows there is no damage Plus there own Pictures which they refused to share told me to "Go FU@& myself when i asked"! Very Colorful there! So they took the truck dropped it at the yard and proceeded to smash the front end with there truck bed which is blue by the way. When i came to get the truck I noticed the front bumper smashed paint scraped away and Blue paint transfer left behind! I immediately took it to there yard and showed it to Paul. He took pictures call the driver over said yeah that there blue paint, they don't know how this happened but that they would take care of it and take it to there body shop to get an estimate and they would be in touch. Needless to say 4 days later nothing. So i decided to call them. Paul suddenly was unreachable and i was handed to a very unpleasant man named Dwayne. Who proceeded to tell me that I was SOL and they would not fix it That it was damaged but not there problem. Needless to say even though I have Footage from ampm showing no damage, they have there own picture showing no damage which they wont share! Why not Dwayne? If there is damage there and I'm a lair whats the big deal sharing it? So lesson learned Don't let them touch you stuff! They have No honor in business There just shady shysters that wreck your stuff and make you pay for the privilege

Got to me in about 10 minutes. Saved me money and made it super easy. Highly recommend. Ask for pauly hes a super nice guy. Great people!
