Quest Limousine

These guys were great! Price was fair our driver was really nice and accomodating. We booked them for 10 hours on our wedding day 2/14/09. We reserved the 10 passenger stretch Nav and ended up with the 18 passenger hummer. It was a pleasant surprise.I would definitely use them again for future engagements.

Steve (the owner) contacted us and offered us a couple of free trips since their (former) employee really dropped the ball and stranded us the first time around. I really appreciate it, and am quick to forgive, when a business recognizes it's error and corrects it.So, four stars for now and a fifth if the service is good on our next trip.

The owner of the company, Steve, called my maid of honor today to attempt to correct the situation. I've updated my review to two stars because atleast they are trying to attempt and remedy the situation. I will update again (hopefully add another star or two) after the situation is entirely resolved.

Update: Owner made a personal call to apologize (he had been out of town), fired the driver, and gave us a rain check for free future rides.Apparently, if you are the owner of a yelp-appreciated limo company, you're not allowed to go on vacation...ever, because - once you leave - everything will fall apart.

These guys were great. They arrived on time and we got an upgrade because they were out of the other limo. Steve the driver was awesome and he worked to get us to each winery on time. We had no issues and there were complementary drinks for the ride. Awesome job!!

WOW!! So here is the story. It was my first trip with the girlfriend that we went away for the weekend. I had surprised her with a limo up in Napa to take us for the day to some good old wine tasting. Quest limo was my choice and what an excellent choice that was. Denice was our driver. Whomever was the person that picked up the phone when i told them what i wanted to do and sent me her made the day that much better. She was warm and very professional. I have Had limos before but this driver was high class. She knew just where to go and gave us such a great experience in Napa. Each and every time we went into a winery we were treated as if we were family friends of the owners. Denice really pulled through for me. My girlfriend told all of her friends about it. cant wait to use them again. When you need A limo make sure you call for quest limo and ask for Denice!!

WOW THEY DID IT AGAIN!!! WE USED THEM AGAIN. LOVED DAVID THE DRIVER. WHY WOULD ANYONE USE ANY OTHER COMPANY IS BEYOND ME. Limo best priced competitively. I checked over 10 companies and Quest was top choice and at the end of the evening they still were the top choice. Excellent communication. On time, or rather early :) Excellent, competent, classy drivers. Limo was beautiful and perfect inside. Upgraded for free! Well stocked. We even received a bottle of champagne just because! No problems whatsoever. LOVE THIS LIMO COMPANY AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN! Thank you Steve!

I used Quest Limo based on the reviews from Yelp and once again Yelp did not let me down, Steve was great and accommodating. It is nice to know there is a great local business to use for special occasions. I will definitely use Quest again.

I was fully intent on using Quest's services for my wedding (May 28). I have been trying to contact them since 5/13 and for 4 days my calls went straight to voice mail! I finally found a local phone number and that, too, goes straight to voice mail (voice mail full!!!)I was calling to verify my reservation and to make sure they have addresses/pickup times right, but since I can't contact them, I am canceling my reservation! It is, in my opinion, highly unprofessional to have calls go straight to voice mail (and for 4 days at that!!!). Not using them ever! And they better not charge me for anything!

I work with innercity/urban youth and we have a tutoring program in a downtown area. We have an incentive that says if you come to a certain amount of days of tutoring them you get to go on a fun trip at the end of any given set period. Well we had 8 of our high schoolers and junior highers that came to tutoring enough to qualify. We needed something to do and Quest Limousine gave us a free limo ride to San Francisco! The owner himself drove us around on his Sunday night when he could have been doing something else. The kids had a great time doing something that none of them had ever done. This is a great company and the owner has a generous heart...Thanks Quest!
