Pupusas Francis

I stumbled upon them at the local farmers market, here in Modesto. It looked intriguing, so I gave it a shot.  The jalapeno and queso jumped out at me immediately, so I went with that. I also ordered the polo and queso. Both were delicious. If I had to choose one, I would go with the jalapeno. That being said, I found the perfect bite to be a little of both :) Like the cashier's shirt says, "Good Things Take Time", they do here. Don't be in a rush, but I can assure you it's worth the wait. They hand make it on the spot, so it does take time.

This place is the best! So fresh, made to order! Friendly and welcoming. Takes alittle time to get so you can call ahead. We love this taco truck hub! So many good things to try

Finally ! I found legit pupusas. I was so satisfied when I finished my meal. The pork and cheese was thick, and the cheese had the beloved burned leak out of fatness . Most places go with a healthier thinner pupusas. You can't do that, you have to keep it true to its root like this place. So much flavor , and don't cheap out .The salsa is classic, and cabbage is picked right. Just wish the peppers were cut smaller , so I just edit it myself. Many options in this food court , but this was is my go to.They take Apple Pay !

This review is long due for me. Franci's pupusas quite literally changed my life. And yes, I'm being dramatic, but it's warranted. I'm sadly not close enough to Franci's to indulge as much as I'd like to. But, the times I visit my sister, it's rare I don't scratch the itch. Franci's offers the best, yes - the best, pupusas I've ever had. This small modest truck produces the perfect little pockets of meat, beans, and cheese. I've never had a bad service experience. Everyone and anyone I've crossed paths with has been so sweet which makes me want to keep coming back. If you happen to be at Grub Hubs on any given day, treat yourself to a life changing experience of Franci's pupusas. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I found these pupusas at the farmers market originally. Then one day I stumbled upon them at the grub hub. Fat kid happy!!! The shrimp chicken chorizo are all fire! Would highly recommend. They are super big too! Yummy in the tummy. Best munchies for any time!

The lady that took my order was so sweet and nice. Pupusas were super yummy I have been craving pupusas and this place definitely satisfied my craving, although I would like more sauce but overall it was so good.

Found them at the Grub Hubs location. The food was delicious! I got a chorizo/cheese papusa and a bean/cheese papusa. They came out piping hot and came with a side of pickled veggies and red salsa. The only downside of the service was the very long wait time for my food once I ordered. To their defense there were several large orders in front of mine. The ladies running the truck were super polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Fun ambiance as we found them located with a bunch of other food trucks.

Honestly the best pupusas in the area! My favorite are the Revuelta and the Mix! A must have when in Modesto!

I've never had pupusas before this truck opened a few years ago they beat pupusas I've ever had love the pork and cheese and the jalapeño and cheese so good have to get 2 of each lol

I am new to the pupusa game but these are so incredible. The staff is always super friendly and whenever we make a stop at grub hub we have to get one!! So cheesy and the salsa is the perfect touch. This food truck is a gem!
