beware! !!!!!!!!use to be so impressed with this school until i saw the true colors of the administration and staff as well as parents and the kids going here. you place your child in a christian based school to learn to walk the right path and a better education opportunity. First grade with the teacher and teachers aide we had was great my daughter seemed happy and growing. Second grade with Ms. Reed was awesome. Third grade with the teacher Mrs Wright was the start of our nightmare and sadly I am not the first person to say this I am just the only person with balls to say this. She is a bully of the parents as the kids are bullies to the other children. She was kindest only when you are part of the parent click she is. Her child was in the classroom with my child and you could see the favoritism of her child and the kids they were friends with. Just like on a field trip where she lost a child and didn't notice it till my husband said something. My child had a couple of deaths during that year including change in my travel time. She told me get over it your child won't miss you. The second grade teacher and seventh grade teacher checked on my child every day. In 4th grade we had been waiting for the great teacher everyone loved, but she had move up and we got a new teacher. This teacher was a piece of work. We had informed her that our child was being bullied and she said really I don't see anything in the class. We had a conference with her and the principal and administration of the school where she tried to go off unprofessional on my husband when he questioned her skills. The principal Ms. Amen did nothing to make her more professional or say she was sorry for her actions. Me the parents drop step in and play the peace maker. I was basically told they could do and evaluations of my child to see if she has any learning disabilities, they used Mrs.Wright to evaluate her. I found out threw the grapevine that she has no experience in that area and just got certified. I took my daughter to her doctor who did her evaluation and also handle the stress issues. She stated in a letter that the school is a toxic facility. She had even informed me she treats several children from this school that has the same issues yet parents don't want to look bad to take them out so they place them on medication. We were told they couldn't do anything unless Delaney had someone to back them up or the bullies themselves state they were doing it. What bully is going to tell you this? Mrs. Wright told me that I was the issue that my child was being bullied and I should let kids be kids and its okay. Hell no, so let them bully my daughter and her hurt herself or worst. I refused to lose my child. The 4th grade teacher tried to tell she understood, and her child was a victim of it as well and still in counseling...my response well then you shouldcare more. My husband was coaching the girls basketball team when he got a text from a parent that if he didn't run their way my daughter would be bullied still nothing from the school. The head priest father McGovern was a joke stating that he doesn't deal with the school cause he had a great staff. Let me say this. My daughter is doing awesome in her new school. She has tons of friends, great opportunity for music and technology in all grades. The staff at Presentation school is terrible the principal has no backbone to stand up to anyone. The only they care about is how much money you have.RUN RUN DON'T DO IT THERE SEVERAL SCHOOLS THAT ARE BETTER AND THIERS PRIEST DON'T END UP ON THE NEWS. Sadly the only way this place will change is a whole new setup.

@F.C you are wrong. Your child, on the contrary, was a bully. He has aid many unspeakable things to students in our school. The "racist jokes" were inflamed stories that someone was tellling you. The "bullying" that a child received, was in response to saying things that were terrible to students. As some may know, one child in our school lost a parent to pancreatic cancer. Another child stated that (exact quote)"your mom will never love you again." Although not every teacher can be amazing, our vice principal and principal are some amazing ladies who have turned our school in ot a flourishing environment for learning

Green and white plaid skirts for EIGHT YEARS! I cringe just thinking about it.When you can name every teacher you've had from 1st through 8th grade, a school has truly left its mark.If you currently attend, I would LOVE to know if there is still an ice cream lady...for 15 cents in the 80s you could choose between a fudge bar, crunch bar, orange bar, or missle pop. My heart broke when they raised the prices to a quarter.Pros: Monthly hot lunches (back when $2.25 nabbed you 3 McDonald's hamburgers), $1 for milk at lunch for a MONTH (best if you brought your own Nestle Quik powder), 6th Grade Science Camp, Sports Day, rainy day school-wide Bingo, and Heads-Up 7-Up.Cons: Singing "We Are the World" during mass practice but having to de-program yourself from mimicking the way the artists sang each line (it's hard to anti-Lauper yourself), 105 degree recesses on the blacktop, being pulled into the boy's bathroom by Joey Piccardo, and watching Robert Tristan fall and crack his head open during Red Rover. Yikes.

Providing my boys with a Catholic education at Presentation Parish School is so incredibly worth it! Not only does Presentation provide an excellent education, but it provides a faith-filled and caring environment. My boys are getting a well-rounded education. All the teachers go above and beyond to help every student succeed. They are energetic and love to teach and it shows.

As a godmother, I have to say that I absolutely love Presentation Catholic School. My oldest goddaughter completed kindergarten, first, and second grade here and is now thriving in third grade. My youngest goddaughter is currently in kindergarten. The teachers--Mrs. To (Kindergarten), Mrs. Ente (First Grade), Mrs. Reed (Second Grade), and Mrs. Brink (Third Grade)--along with Mrs. Amen and Mrs. Wright, have truly brought out the best in them. My girls have become more vocal, confident in expressing themselves, and comfortable working both independently and in group settings. They have both made many wonderful friends, and it's heartwarming to witness the strong sense of community among the staff and parents. The events hosted by the school are fantastic, and the involvement of parents makes them even more special. I feel like we've found the perfect place for our girls to learn and grow. If you're considering a private school, I highly recommend making Presentation Catholic School your home. It's filled with amazing people, exceptional programs, enriching clubs, and engaging events for everyone. A big shoutout to the amazing ladies behind the scenes--Mrs. Saccomagno and Mrs. Bermudez! Your hard work answering phone calls and managing the office does not go unnoticed. Thank you for keeping the entire school running so smoothly! And of course, a special shoutout to our incredible music teacher, Ms. Alvarez-Muñoz. Your singing has the power to light up an entire room. My girls come home singing joyfully and asking everyone to listen to their songs. Your kindness and care are why they absolutely love music class. Thank you for sharing your passion with all of us!Gracias-

This school has a big problem with bullying. Our kid was bullied throughout the 7th grade and continue on through the beginning of the eight grade. Ms. Rodriguez, The Principal Mrs. Amen and the Vice Principal, Mrs. Wright, did not do enough to stop the bullying. At the end, our kid could not take it any more and was expelled from the school. My wife and I brought this problem to their attention time and time again, and still nothing was done to correct the problem. My kid was even sexually harassed by two boys at this school. The kids at this institution make references to minorities such as Arabs and African Americans like a normal thing. My son has witness the derogatory comments by these kids to the LGBT community and the African American Community as well as the Arab community. Again, we brought it to the attention of the administration and nothing was done. My son's tormentors are still there and my kid had to paid the consequence of a highly uncapable administration. We even went far to bring it to the attention of the Dioceses of Stockton, and again, nothing. Do not send your children there. If you are the 50K a year donor, then they look the other way. Trust me. We went through hell and still are. Lack of leadership and unaccountability is the norm at presentation. Beware of false promises and pretenses. Please, stay away.

I feel like Presentation doesn't put enough emphasis on Honors students. Here at Presentation, they break you off into three separate math groups. I feel like if your in the advanced class, the teacher cannot help you as much as they want to, and if your in the remedial class, the teacher could honestly care less about you! These people are seriously money hungry. And, even if your not Catholic, you still have to attend mass EVERY month. And no, they do not have ice cream anymore. Also, this school seems to focus too much on silly projects, and not enough on actual academics! I do not recommend Presentation.

As a parent I have to say I love Presentation Catholic School. My daughter has done her 1st grade and moving into second grade. I have to say the teachers and Ms. Amen brought the best out in my daughter, she is more vocal and open to expressing herself and feels more confident about conducting work on her own and in a group enviroment. She has made many great friends and seeing such community between the staff and parents are great. We have great events and the fact that parents are involved makes it all that much better. I can say that I have found a better place for my child to be at. I would highly suggest that if you are seeking a private school that you make Presenation your home, so many great people and great groups and clubs and events for everyone.

Wow, talk about disgruntal parents! It is amazing how parents of children who do poorly..(.usually because of discipline problems where the parents don't support the teacher nor the school) can bad mouth a school. I have heard good things and bad things about any school you can name. If you are worried about your child's education, then you need to cooperate with the teacher and the school to get good results! I have experienced problems with teachers, but have always made an effort to cooperate....and guess what? The problem was nipped in the bud! Presntation has a wonderful group of teachers, and an excellent principal and vice principal. I am sorry that a bad review can tarnish this school's reputation! AND, show me a private school that isn't always trying to raise money to improve itself and make itself better for its students!
