My son is 6 & has been in the program for 6 months & he absolutely loves it! He looks forward to coming to class & participating. From day one when we had our initial eval with Coach Phil he made my son feel comfortable immediately & I knew I was going to sign him up just from the atmosphere. My son has been doing well in class & his progress has been mind blowing. He also enjoys leading the class with the Student Creed at the beginning of class, it makes his day. A big thank you to Coach Phil, Mikey & Freddy! We love PMA! The coaches here are amazing! They are very patient & instill good values into the students. I love the fact that the coaches not only cares about what happens inside the dojo, but also outside of it - making sure the student are doing well at home AND at school before distributing stripes, and belts. Our 6 months with them expired today, and I decided to move it to a yearly renewal since I can see my daughter being with them for a while. She has improved significantly with her balance, focus & overall health just by going to here.Overall, I would recommend PMA to anyone considering having their child or themselves learn martial arts.

We had a most amazing experience while working with Coach Phil. Coach Phil was very encouraging, patient, and enthusiastic, which in turn encouraged my 6yo daughter to be attentive, excited, and empowered. It was such a great experience to watch it all unfold! Can't wait to continue!

My whole family has signed up for classes and we LOVE this school. This particular location has done a soft opening, so if you go there right now (October 2021), take into consideration that the studio isn't finished yet. That being said, the staff are all working at the Elk Grove location as well so you can know the high quality you'll get with this team. Floyd and Phil are so helpful and patient. These are the guys you'll probably first get to know when you come in and check out the place. You know immediately that these men both care about getting you set up for what your family needs. Mimi is the front desk boss. She is always ready to help with account questions, uniform and supply needs, and just about anything else. Mr. Michael (AKA Captain America) is the youngest instructor on the staff but you wouldn't know it if you were judging his knowledge or his abilities. He's proven to be fantastic with the younger kids and I've even trained with him myself and he gives the student exactly what they need every time. He slows down when the student needs it but he will also turn up the intensity if he sees the student can handle it. Mister Isaki is the head instructor at Elk Grove, and Mister Jason is the head instructor at Sacramento. These guys are both incredible teachers. They've worked wonders with my son in particular. My son is 8 and a gamer by nature. He typically has little to no interest in physical activity. These two teachers have taken time to push him when he needs it, pull him aside for extra instruction from time to time, and they're also very deliberate about celebrating his efforts publicly. Master Liner is the owner and head instructor for both schools (the boss man). He shows up at classes really often. After he makes rounds greeting parents and students, checking in on how everyone is feeling about their time at PMA, he will then usually teach the class for a bit. He's so good at explaining how to get each part of a move or technique and also WHY it's important to do it that way. I HIGHLY recommend Premiere Martial Arts and am excited to see this new location fully open and hit the ground running.

Signed up my son a few months ago and he loves it! The staff is very nice & professional! Coach Philip was very helpful when signing up and always very good on answering my questions and keeping me updated with events. Coach Mekhi & Coach John teach the Sacramento Location & my son is very close to them already! They do such a good job teaching my son Martial Arts! 10/10 recommend!

My daughter has been attending premier Martial a little over a year now. I have seen an amazing change in my daughters confidence and ability to articulate her emotions. Each Sensei, works with each student every step of the way! Mikey is my daughter favorite Sensei! He's patient and does not stop until she can complete the form(s) correctly. It's safe it says premier martial arts is a wonderful investment! This past November I had a baby and needed put my account on hold. Phil made the process as simple as a click of a button over the phone! The business is well maintained and VERY clean! Side note, an unpleasant aroma lingers once the workout begins and, it's certainly not the kids.

This school is hands down the best. The instructors are great with kids and always promote positive attitudes. They teach to the age level and my boys are learning so much. I would recommend martial arts to everyone, but I will always promote Premiere Martial Arts to anyone and everyone. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. This is a black-belt school! My son started at premier last year and he loved it! It definitely taught him more discipline. Being a single mom it was nice having good male role models that he saw weekly. We love Mikey and Phil!

This is by far the best . The instructors are very patient and skilled. I have 6 children so I've seen alot of martial art dojos and none can compare to this one . I use to see my kids dancin around in unison with there class and seemed to be focused on defense . This school will teach your kid to fight. Real self defense. They also teach respect .
