For over ten years we have purchased from Tom and his staff. We started with custom couches for the living room. Still look brand new today. Over the years we replaced and upgraded each of the bedrooms. Three years ago we replaced the sectional in the family room, last year the master bedroom. Earlier this month we replaced our 25 year old formal dining room set. The young men who do the delivery have always done a great job. They are very careful moving and setting up the furniture. I have never heard a complaint from them, even late on a Saturday or after multiple trips to the second floor. Over the years a few minor issues and one case of lost hardware when our son moved to college. The store sent someone to repair the table leg hardware. The furniture appears to hold up well and overall we received good value and would recommend Premier Furniture.

Kinda shady. Went in looking for a recliner. They have a million so that was good. Found the one I wanted and of course it's not in stock. I'm ok with waiting. At first it was 4-6 weeks. No problem. Then she calls someone and says you can have the floor model. I ask what's the discount for taking the floor model. Oh no discount for that. Wait what? No discount for a floor model? Who does that. So then I say ok I'm done ordering it. She calls someone who's obviously wanting me to take the floor model and says, well now it's looking like it could be 12 weeks. Yeah ok - thanks but no. Still looking.

Worst place to buy furniture we spent $19,000 on some furniture and they were not even packed in boxes when we came to pick up the furniture. All furniture were open/ out of boxes and used and not brand new and had marks. The company is Very arrogant and not willing to cooperate with exchange or provide new pieces. They are selling used furniture and put them in boxes and give to customers. I think the best option is to stop making payments. They are big lies and make up so much bullshit.

How your going to charge a $150.00 delivery charge and I live in the city about 7 miles from the store? Two weeks prior it was $100.00 I don't think so! Ashley furniture here I come.

My family and I where here and we weren't even in the store five mins when we where approached and asked to leave because we didn't have masks, both my wife and I are vaccinated so I didn't think much of it. Not once where we asked to put on masks. So of course walking to the car I took pictures because the guy who kicked us out said well it says it on our front doors which was a lie, I called and asked who was in charge and the girl who answered the phone was so rude and said ma'am this is a corporation. I said ok well give me the number to your corporate office after twenty mins of being placed on hold and hung up on a man comes to the phone the second time assumed we got kicked out because we refused to wear masks and than said they are franchise. They suck customer service is all around bad if I could leave a negative star I would. Do better

We are very happy with our purchase of a leather sofa, love seat and rocking chair. Everything went perfectly starting with the sales person Stevie to the delivery today. We were so impressed with Stevie my husband refused to even look anywhere else. She was very familiar with Flexsteel products which is what we were looking for. We wanted ALL leather after having a previous bad experience with leather and fake leather. Today Jack and Tuan did a perfect job very carefully carrying our extremely heavy furniture downstairs without causing any damage. It was a difficult setup for them but they were great!

Let's talk floor models. You do not get a discount. They tell you it will be cleaned. This doesn't make up for the use of people sitting on the item. We all have seen kids climbing on furniture at these stores. Now for buying an item. Their stock might look vast but it's very limited if you're on a budget. Which who isn't? The sales guy helping us not only wouldn't stay within our budget but even tried to talk us into items we didn't like. When we asked about certain items he said they didn't have any. We later found those items walking through the store. He was determined to make a sale but seemed as if not for an item we wanted. Now we made a purchase with them about 15 yrs ago. Everything was great then. The item lasted us about 7 yrs before it broke. Most of what he showed us was not only cheap looking but also uncomfortable. He would take us to a set telling us oh everyone loves this one. I find that hard to believe. Most not only looked unappealing but to sit on it there's no way anyone could see themselves relaxing. If the sofa was comfortable the fabric wasn't nice. Sofas get abused and the fabric should be easy to clean. Being on a budget doesn't mean you should have to settle for cheap furniture. At one point he made an implication that our budget was low class. Just because you have to money to spend doesn't mean you want to spend it. That's important to note for any salesperson. Don't assume their budget speaks for their life. I almost forgot, there was one sofa set that was a bit above our budget but we were kind of considering it until he said that delivery would not be until September. That's 5 months away. Another off putting thing was sales people sitting around. Kind of creepy like to be honest. Like sitting behind things to not be seen. Scared the crap out of me as I noticed a guy looking at us through plants. We decided to not buy from this place. Goodness knows San Joaquin is full of furniture stores. There's a new one being built in Manteca too. So plenty of options.

First off, we originally went to Ashley's to purchase our furniture for the memorial weekend sale and we had our minds made up on our purchase and the prices just didn't add up our total was just about $7300. I'm not going to get into everything that happened at Ashley's but the sales man was trying to get over on my kitchen table so that like Caused us not to go through with our purchase. So I googled the same living room set and premier popped up. They exact same thing was was literally half the price I kid you not. I'm like how can you y'all have Ashley cheaper than Ashley. No lie and Tom was great!!! Thanks Premier customer for life!!!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. But let's begin. To start, the company is going out of business and I wouldn't be surprised if it were due to the customer service... or lack thereof. We placed an order in October in which the sales people gave us a February delivery date. It is now the end of February, so naturally, like any normal paying customer, we asked about the status. A short, "well, I don't know." was the response. It felt like we were begging the employees to find out what was going on with our order. When they directed us to what our options were, they told us "these are what you have to choose from". When we mentioned that the chairs didn't match and were too short for the set that we bought, they responded with, "well of course they're not goi g to match, that's not what you bought." OBVIOUSLY. When we asked for a refund, they offered a "StOrE CrEdiT". (I'm sorry that I'm not sorry, but you are GOING OUT OF BUSINESS... why would I be okay with a store credit?! Common sense is also lacking with this place of business, so, we can understand why the company is GOING OHT OF BUSINESS. We finally were able to get them to refund us with a check, but not until after they said, "there's no need to get upset." Uhm... YES, SIR. There is a reason -- reason being you didn't listen or take into consideration ANY of the concerns we brought to your attention. The other reason... there are FOUR F's you don't f**k with, Food, Family, Friends and Finances. You are messing with my money... we had every right to be upset. Sorry not sorry that you are going out of business. Maybe next time, invest in employees with a better customer facing ideal.

Terrible service. Been trying to buy furniture from them for the past few months and they are just not honest or responsive. They are priced higher than any other store in Northern California. They carried a piece I liked on display and I was trying to work with them to purchase it. Never called me back despite several calls and messages. I feel bitter for waiting this long hoping that these guys meant business. Would never recommend them.
