Our condo hired Cynthia who originally used to be with Canyon Pacific about two years ago. Cynthia knows how to milk HOAs. She will first obtain property assessment report for $5kish which is basically a document that the HOA can use to claim for higher dues. Our dues have doubled up over two years. And HOA and the board plans to increase the dues every year.Then she will hire an attorney to change the controlling documents so she can do whatever the fuck she wants to bill our HOA. She tried to do this to our HOA last year. We didn't vote for those changes. And Cynthia and HOA are dragging the vote to this day.Cynthia hires "third party" providers for shady referral fees. We randomly got cleaners for laundry room that nobody ever asked for. Cynthia made it sound like she was hiring a third party cleaning provider when it turned out to be cleaners under her wing.As to the actual management, the only time I needed them to replace my mail box key lock they botched that too. They did not provide my contact information to the locksmith that came out(this one was actually legit 3rd party for a change after I pointed out about the cleaning crew). Cynthia instructed to put the keys under my mat w/o ever telling me.As to her responsiveness? don't bother calling her. She will just ignore you. Then you get a call from her coworker (probably husband) claiming to be some investigator threatening to file a restraining order. That dumbass doesn't even know the law.This is a joke property management company that no HOA should EVER get involved with.
