Postal Plus is my favorite place to go for my shipping needs. Its very rarely busy and I can usually just drop off packages quickly. The staff is always friendly and willing to give helpful tips to save money on packaging. They close the store early on weekends so keep in mind the time before you head over. It's a shame that amazon changed there return policy and location, otherwise I would have come here more often.

After 10 years of doing business with these people we are done. Ever since the new owner took over and Curtis left the staff have been rude, incompetent and utterly unhelpful. Upon closing our box because we moved, we discovered that after a decade they will not even forward any last, trailing mail to us because, "we can't do that." That's not a can't, that's a won't. We've had a mailbox, paid to send packages, bought stamps, done passport photos, used notary services... so much business and there is zero consideration. We won't ever set foot in there again and I'll be shocked if they stay in business with the way they're conducting themselves.And as it turns out, what they're doing is ILLEGAL. Per USPS "A CMRA must accept and re-mail mail to former customers for at least 6 months after termination of the agency relationship. "

I went to the postal plus because I have used them for years without issue but lately the customer service has gone down hill and the final straw was when I sent a humidor to my buddy in Louisiana and the used too small of a box and not enough padding. It arrived utterly destroyed and when I came in for them to make it right I was basically told to go kick rocks. I called usps and found out I was over charged $70 for the shipping and if they would have put the insurance on like I asked for in the first place it would have only added $3 to the total. So they are cutting corners on the packaging, failing to insure the packages, and are rude to you when you come in to complain about the bad service. Not good ways to sustain a business in today's economic climate. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. It will save you time, money, and heartache.

Not impressed, staff were rude. I was absolutely price gouged for envelopes.. and they apparently do lot have the capability to ship using QR codes? (modern technology). Simply will not return.

Severely under staffed. I waited for 30min for a passport photo and had to leave because I had groceries in the car that I didn't want to spoil. There were only 2 people ahead of me and one guy behind the counter. I could see another sitting in the back so not sure what the staffing is like. I would not recommend this place for anything urgent. If you have all day to send a letter or make copies go there.

I called the day before and the lady yesterday said that I can come for Livescan when they open at 9am. When I arrived 9:10am, Lady on counter said Livescan is at 10am as the person is NOT in yet. What a waste of time as I have an appointment that's why I called a day ahead to NOt waste my time and gas!I recommend anyone going to other places except this horrible place!

This place has a new owner as of recently, and the new owner is terrible.No more notaries, live scan fingerprints, or even packing supplies. I came in the other day it reeked of alcohol and I think the owner has parties in the back of a postal store lol!!!
