Posh Salon

I got a gift certificate in mid May and it's now late June and I still have not got a return phone call or text message back regarding my hair and possibly upcoming appointment. I have nothing good to say about this place and I haven't even been there yet.Hhhmmmm go figure. They must be that good that they don't need my business. Lmao - although they have already been paid - but yet no customer service! All I can say is WOW

Recently got my hair colored here and although the stylist did a good job blending she did not at all give me the color or service I wanted I was super unhappy I ended up getting some dye from Sally's and just fixing it at home. I'm sure there are some amazing stylist here with great costumer service, unfortunately that wasn't my experience.

Definitely recommend getting ur hair done by Cynthia! She is the sweetest person ever:) she makes u feel welcome and cares about the health of your hair. Cynthia listens to what u want done and she's a great person to have conversations with!

Their pricing are expensive but their service is so good. I used to go to cheaper places for a haircut but is never satisfied with the outcome. My hair always looks choppy and uneven and I always spend more money to go back to get it fixed. I had my hair done by Cynthia, she was very nice and asked many questions about how I want my hair to be. It cost me $60 for that haircut but I am so happy with the outcome and had a pleasant experience. The only thing though is that the actual place has a different name. It took me a while to realize that. I think it's beehives or something, I can't really remember. It's definitely not Posh. New ownership maybe?

I go to Cynthia Gauuan here and she never ceases to amaze me. The level of skill she has, the comfort in being open, and quality care is undeniable. I feel brand new every time she touches my hair, it's ridiculous. This stylist actually listens to my hair wants, yet also give my hair what it needs. Hair health is just as important as esthetics! Ive been to quite a few hair salons and they either feel cluttered/dirty or so "high end" that people look down upon you, so you end up feeling uncomfortable, during which you should feel the exact opposite while getting pampered. So comfy and cute. This salon is clean, modern and chic in Lincoln Center. I'm so picky and have high standards... this place checks marks all of my must haves for a salon. Love. 10 out of 10.

This salon is so nice. The people are great and the vibes just feel good. I've had my hair done by Cynthia and let me tell you!!! My hair has never looked better. She actually listens to what you want and gives tips and tricks. She's great! Will be coming back soon

This salon has changed names from B-Hive to Posh and now Pomp.*Please note that this Yelp page states that masks are required of customers and that staff/stylists wear masks. (As of Oct 12th, 2021)When I called to schedule an appointment, I wanted to confirm that masks are required. I was informed that it's the "Personal Choice" of both customers and staff/stylist. When I heard that, I then asked whether everyone is vaccinated. Again, I received the response of "Personal Choice". I have been going to this salon's location for 6 years under different salon names. My stylist no longer works at this location, and I won't be going there any longer either.
