Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Terrible service, Mariah was the rudest at taking my drive thru order, wouldn't repeat my order back to me, at the window still got my order wrong and double charged me disaster of a Popeyes .

The macaroni and cheese from Popeyes is totally junk. Big gob of cheese and they can't even fill the container up with macaroni and cheese? HORRIBLE!

Service is horrible and food isn't great. It was very disappointing. I was the only car in the drive-thru when I went and there was nobody inside eating either. Place was dead. I ordered a spicy chicken meal and when I got to the window, I was given a small bag with just the side I ordered. Girl closed the window after. I waited and she opened the window and seemed annoyed that I told her I had ordered a meal and only got my side. I was given the rest of my food and went home. When I get home they had given me a regular chicken sandwich lol. I could see if they were busy and made a mistake but I was the only person there. I rather drive to Ceres instead of come here.

My friend and I walked into Popeye's today, yearning for some Louisiana chicken. We were not prepared for what would unfold inside the restaurant. As we entered the building, we were greeted by an "Oakdale bud" (because we were wearing Oakdale shirts) which was nice, and the hospitality was much appreciated. If only the worker that said that would've been our server. After waiting for 10 minutes to take our order, we were surprised as the drink machines were not working. The staff offered a lemonade to us, and then had the audacity to charge us an additional $0.50 for it! The only drink available besides water! We figured that the rough ordering would be the end of the mediocre experience, but we were sadly disappointed...When we selected our seat, we acknowledged that the tv was playing Christmas movies on the "holiday channel" and intermittently blacking out. The screen also looked like somebody threw a piece of chicken at it because half of it was broken and very dirty. Another thing we noticed was a dying cockroach. The cockroach was bad enough, but the inactive manager did not notice it the entire time she sat right by us. My friend and I were hoping the food was good because this was a humongous waste of time. The staff did not make us feel welcomed and were unapologetic for everything. You'd think it couldn't get much worse, but you are sorely mistaken.A lady that was on the phone had to announce our names for us because the cashier couldn't raise her voice that high. My friend sat down with her chicken and realized that she was not given her two sauces, and when she confronted the staff, the staff only gave her one. No napkins in the bag either. We continued with our food. The food, for the most part was pleasant. The only complaint I have about the food was the biscuit. The biscuit reminds me of the hockey pucks I see at the Stockton Heat games. Dry, and the butter had solidified onto the biscuit. My friend and I were itching to leave.As I stood up from my almost destroyed chair, I looked upon the empty establishment. A faint smile on my face appeared, and this was because I knew that I would only eat using their drive through from now on. Popeyes Louisiana chicken in Turlock was an interesting experience, and I recommend it to anyone who wishes to view Satan's gates while still walking the Earth. 2 stars.

this location sucks didn't get my moneys worth. should've read the reviews. I was waiting in the dive thru for 10 minute and another 5 to get my food.

No regular chicken no spicy strips, 40 minutes in the drive through at 4:15 on a Saturday? And still waiting. Seriously? How are they in business?Would give zero stars

The service at this location has always been terrible. Today is no exception. I just paid $10.19 for this "1/4 lb" of popcorn shrimp that would fit in the palm of my hand. You be the judge.

Is there a negative star option? Does the owner have a clue what is going on? I have tried here 3 times since opening and have had horrible experiences either they don't have this, don't have that, things are dirty or something was missing every time so i stopped trying .It's been over a year and my husband convinced me to go this one time because of the $6.99 box , I tried to talk him out of it but we tried and it was worse then ever.There is no menu boards working, everything was sticky, there was garbage all over the floor, tables were a mess, soda machine hasn't been wiped down in forever . No one is wearing gloves and hair flying around the food in the back. After 25 mins the food arrived and was shit just completely shit. Neverrrrrrr again unless I see a sign saying under new management. Iam not alone Popeyes look at ur reviews.

Just went there, ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The fries were cold and soggy and the chicken in the sandwich was refried and real greasy and oily. They never gave me a receipt. And they expect for me to eat another order of that nasty food. I should have looked at other reviews before going. Thought it would be a treat instead. I got robbed.. This place needs to close..

Trash service my 2 kids got kicked out and banned because it was 43 degrees out side and they walked to this store and wanted to take the dog and the fat Popeyes worker banned them because our dog was shaking and really cold being outside sick it's just sick what people do to little kids these days years ago my pops would have came to the store with he's 9 mm and told off that worked but now today it's unacceptable in this gen z world
