Poke Bowl- Riverbank

I walked in to get a poke bowl after my workout. The poke bowl was great & didn't disappoint - I got 3 proteins (spicy tuna, ahi, and salmon) over mixed greens, everything was fresh and tasty. The service, however, was questionable. There were 2 young ladies working behind the counter. One of the ladies was new and the other was training her. The trainer seemed frustrated, unfriendly, and short with the customers because the trainee was slow. When they were done preparing orders for the customers, both went to the back and left the store unattended for 15 minutes. During this time, a few more customers came in, but had to wait 10 minutes for the employees to come back out after calling out for someone to help them. Poor customer service and unsafe practices.

Went to this Poke bowl on Saturday , October 19,2024 and the person behind the counter making my orders had the absolute best customer service. Ben(Benny) was his name and I'm glad my boyfriend and I had a good first experience at this place because of him. The fish was fresh and delicious, the place was clean, it's a perfect spot.

Messed up 2 of our ordered, we ordered through door dash and I had to drive over here to ask them to fix it but they refused to fix the order, had to trash our order because it wasn't edible, they need to pay closer attention to how there making there food. The job isn't that hard they literal get a printed institution on how to make the food and they can't get that right lol there food is delicious and would definitely still come here but train your staff better.

Whoever hired Aris and Ashley, you guys chose the right people! They always know how to serve us! Even though we come by every other week, they are always welcoming us with our favorite foods made already! They go above and beyond, especially Aris! Our experience gets better when she's there since she loves to bring everything to us, keeping the tables and lobby clean. And we don't even have to ask her! We'll be coming back!!!

I love poke bowl but I had twice hair in my bowl. Which is disgusting, and I live 20min away to go return it. After the second time that I had hair I haven't gone back.

This review is long overdue! I absolutely love this place, and have been coming almost everyday ! The staff is always so nice, I get a topping bowl because I don't love fish but the topping ingredients are always fresh and the house sauce is addicting ! Thank you guys for always taking care of me

The best poke bowl in the 209 & 510! So yummy, restaurant is very clean. They have lots of options. Very friendly employees, always making sure you're taken care of.

The milk tea here was so good and the service was quick. I appreciate this lil location and def recommend to try out.

Looking for something fresh and healthy at the same time? This place is it. I am such a huge sushi fan and always careful when it comes to something that is raw, never had a stomach problem here. No sirrrr!! The location is very refreshing the moment you walk into the store and it's near popular shopping center in Riverbank. Service from the girls are so friendly and welcoming. I wasn't sure about specific sauces that went with my customized bowl but they were so informative what went well with it! Spicy Haus Sauce and ginger is a great combo btw. Plus this place doesn't charge extra for toppings compared to other Poke places Delicious and fresh. 10/10 would go here again!! (PLUS THERE ARE FRUIT TEAS HERE!!! My favorite is: Strawberry Peach Oolong Tea).

Very spacious seating area, friendly staff and the food was fresh and quick service. Loved what I ordered and the gal who helped was very nice and generous with the portions. This location was nicer than the one on McHenry.
