One of our departments ordered catering for a company event. We had high hopes given the vast menu and presentation.One dish was absolutely inedible. I've never tasted a dish with so much salt. The veggies were overcooked and lost their color. Two dozen people complained and not a single person enjoyed it. Another side had too much salt and was met with complaints. There's a theme here. You can get the same amount of food elsewhere for half of the cost as well - and it will probably taste better.The workers who delivered the food were terrific.

I wish there was an option to put a negative # but glad I can provide some info for the next person looking to use their service. Absolutely awful- 1 day before our event, we were notified via email that they're no longer able to accommodate our order. A phone call would have been much more appreciated & professional. Called them, kids screaming, crying in the background like it's a playground! So much attitude before even listening or at least being sympathetic for their mistake. Who would not be upset if they had their catering canceled 1 day before the event & still get an attitude! Please think twice before using their service- terrible!

Had them cater a couple nights at the USA Racquetball National Junior Festival and Championships at the Pleasanton Bay Club June 2023.. Did various pastas including vegan... They delivered with it all ready to go... Very good

I hirked Pleasanton Catering for my daughter's baby shower at a venue in Livermore. We did a brunch theme, so I ordered trays of veggie scrambles, potatoes, bacon, crepes, and fruit salad. Catering arrived a little early to set up, and had everything ready to go in a timely manner. Staff was courteous and professional-and food was great. I received many compliments on the food. I highly recommend.

This is the second time I have worked with this company for special occasions in my home. They have a large variety of choices and I think most people would be able to find plenty of things to choose from. They were very accommodating, kept me posted often about the status of my order and answered my questions very quickly. I would definitely choose to work with them again. Attendees really liked the food and many took home food. We ordered for 40 people and fed over 50. They were right on time with the delivery and set-up and were very quick and efficient.

Horrible! I called and spoke with Jessica two days ago. She said they could cater my moms reception (she passed away). She said they were available for this Sunday so I told her we would get the menu items figured out and call her back. I called back on Tuesday and left a message. No one called me back. I followed up today at 10:42 and Jessica answered the phone. I told her we needed to finalize the menu and she said "I am sorry but unfortunately you are past the deadline. It was at 10am today,". What? I cannot believe it. I told her I left a message and she said she never got it. And said sorry again. How horrible is that???? My moms funeral is Sunday so now we have to scramble and try and find another catering company. I DID call and someone on their end and someone on their end didn't call me back. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

Delivery was on time . The food was amazing . I had the trip tips and it was a very well portion serve to feed all my party. We also enjoy the meatballs and the salmon. I will definitely be calling them again for another event . Thanks for everything

Very unprofessional I do not recommend this company for nobody. they cancel my catering one day before my event.

I would not use this service. I had made the reservations and they provided me with a quote and which I agreed and they charged my credit card. Only for them to tell me that they are unable to fulfill my order. This happened a week before the event

THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP! I placed the order 2 weeks in advance, payment was arranged and they simply didn't show up! Ruined my event Left me trying to scramble up over $1000 of vegetarian food for a group of 25ppl. Im in the event planning field and definitely won't be using them again. Unreliable, do not trust them with your order.
