This is the second job that Punnell's flooring has done for me in two years. The 1st job was to completely re carpet my 500 sq foot houseboat out at Tower Park Marina. There was more work to do my boat then most houses. They moved all my heavy furniture and fireplace from one side of the boat to the other. Many of the areas were tight and hard to access. The job was great and done very quick. The price came in more then half the prices I got from marine companies. The job they did today was to re-carpet my back deck. Once again the showed up on time and did a sweet job removing all the old glued down carpet and replaced it with a high quality outdoor carpet. They moved my washing machine and a heavy cabinet and did another beautiful job in just 3 hours, cleaned their mess up and were on their way. Did I mention they were 2/3rds the prices I got from the marine companies again. These guys rock!!!

I try to shop at local stores, so I bought at Pinnels. I returned 1 box of bad planks and I thought 2 or 3 boxes of over order. 8 months later no refund,no calls. I finally went to pick up my returned flooring, and got 1 box. I called the manager and told him I felt he was making it hard to do any more business with him, the answer, oh well. Needless to say I drove 40 miles to spend 2 thousand dollars to buy more flooring. I won't return to Pinnells.

We are big on customer service as that is the business we were in. From walking in the door thru the completion of your project Bob, Robert, and the employees do everything to make it go smooth. You will not be disappointed with anything about Pinnell's. The floor we wanted to match was discontinued and Bob went out of his way to track it down. Any little extra thing from helping to move furniture or carry something to my car they just did it without me asking. You will not regret using Pinnell's

We have had Pinnell's complete work in our home on three different occasions and are planning a fourth phase in the new year. I would recommend this company in a minute!!!! They just completed a week long job in our home, and we are absolutely elated with the way it turned out!!!! Wonderful experience having luxury vinyl flooring put throughout my newly purchased condo in Lodi. Chris in the office was so helpful through the process and patient with some. financing issues! Cannot praise Robert enough for his friendliness, professionalism and the absolutely beautiful installation. Love my new floors and so easy to maintain.
