It really begins and ends with the staff. I regret not remembering the two people working, a man and a woman...it was on Friday morning the 25th...but they were so helpful. There was frost but they worked to get me out as quickly as possible, the guy even giving me a small bucket of balls to drive before they started me on the back half and then when I got to 1 and others had started golfing, the lady on staff brought me a bottle of water and apologized for the delay. It was seriously like 5-10 minutes, no big deal at all but her thoughtfulness and their work was great.Sometimes you pay 50-60 bucks a round and you feel like you're invading a private country. I walked 9 holes, paid $13 and enjoyed the experience even if my score was astronomically high. It's a great experience. If I'm back in the area again I'll go back!

As of August 2019 this golf course has closed. I hope that someone will purchase the land. It would be a nice place for a community park.

Considering you're in the greater Sonora area and there aren't that many options, this place isn't bad. 1. They have an ice machine by the cart barn, where they let you fill your cooler for free. 2. Our tee time somehow got deleted, but the guy working didn't make a big deal about it and worked to get us right out. 3. The course itself wasn't in bad condition, and I enjoyed the layout and variety of holes. Now, it's not a par 72 and there's no bag drop or anything, but if you want to sneak away for a couple of hours, this will do the trick!

This is a really small course is an even smaller down. The plus side is that its the only full service course in the Sonora area so you don't have to drive to Angels Camp to play a decent game of golf. It is much better than Twain Harte Golf course which has terrible customer service. The staff here are really friendly, mostly knowledgable, and helpful. Overall it's a good little course for a quick game of golf with some challenging holes. It is built in the middle of a subdivision so watch out. We had a soccer mom almost run our cart off the road as she was speeding in her suburban trying to get to the tennis courts.

its a small course. We didn't get to play, but the staff were very friendly and its a very laid back atmosphere. We showed up late to hit balls at the range and because it was the end of the night the clerk threw in an extra bucket at no cost.I will definitely go back and play the 9 hole course, it looks well maintained and fun for an executive 9 type course.

This is my go to golf course. Ive been golfing here my whole life. Reuben the owner has made great improvements and is very accommodating and the grounds crew does an amazing job at keeping the course nice all year.

It bewilders me that there isn't ONE person in Tuolumne County that has the vision and the resources to purchase and revive what was a great little golf course. Fun and challenging. I just heard it my light become a winery. In a county with only 1.5 golf courses, that's just what this area needs... ANOTHER winery...
