Edit: Owner, thanks for the reply. No need to stay off his phone completely, just maybe pop his head up a little more often. He might be looking at online orders or how to market the business. Unrelated to him, the overlapping music is more concerning.---We love this place. The food is fresh, flavorful, and fairly priced. The staff is pretty friendly, but not fake. The teenager is on his phone a lot so it takes a bit to get your bill if he's working, but it's not bad. The atmosphere is good but not anything special. The worst thing is that they sometimes forget to fully turn off the building speakers so you end up listening to overlapping music when they play their Bluetooth speaker over the other. Kind of mind numbing in a charming way of that makes sense. We go here anytime we're nearby and you should too.

A spacious, clean restaurant that my friends and I found to be a great lunch spot on our way back to San Francisco. Wonderful service, and we appreciated that they covered the windows to prevent the restaurant from getting too hot. Pho was pretty good although a bit pricier than expected (comparable to sf prices!). I preferred the vermicelli bowl and thought the egg roll was perfection.Great place for a meal, the food will definitely hit the spot.

Been wanting to try here for a little while now. Either they close when we go or something happens and we go elsewhere Finally got to try it and got their combo or special pho cause it includes a beef rib! Not many places offer beef rib soup/pho.Overall impression was not bad here. Lots of flavor off the beef rib, some places it's so bland. Broth was ok, I think it could use more depth and flavor as it was a little too light for me.Portions was good, prices are fair considering where it's located.Smaller mom and pop style so friendly 1 on 1 service.

This place is great. We really enjoy the food and the service is top notch! We have never had a bad meal or bad experience here. You have to try the Bahn mi, spring rolls, fried shrimp with sweet chili, and definitely the pho!

This pho restaurant has been here for about a year now, and it has never disappointed me! Each visit is a delightful experience with delicious, flavorful food and excellent customer service. The service is always quick, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. I especially appreciate how they always wipe down the sauce condiments that attention to detail is a big plus for me! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend everyone stop by if you're in the area. Thank you to Manager Trang for always taking care of my family and me when we dine in.

My husband and I have been here a few times and every time the food is good. The bun bo hue is our new favorite item to get here. You can ask for a side of chili oil or it comes with chili oil, so be ready for some heat! The service is fast and they are attentive to water refills. It's the perfect cozy local spot for us if we are not keen on driving to Sacramento for Vietnamese food. We have yet to try the rice plates but we would love to in the future. Would definitely recommend if you are in Amador county and want to stop for some delicious soup!

Great food. Fast and friendly service. Stopped here with family at visiting the caves (due to good reviews) and it didn't disappoint!

My friends wanted to try this place out since they just opened. So went there yesterday for lunch. It wasn't busy so it was nice to be able to be seated quickly. The ambiance was really cute and friendly, as well as playing some quiet music. They have a promotion on free sodas until the end of October which was nice to hear. So we ordered our food. And lemme just say that my chow mein was good and my friends loved their Pho so much! The egg rolls were so good, I wanted more but I got full. We are definitely coming back here more often! The reason for a 4 star review was because the waiter didn't fill my water at all after checking in on us a few times, so I had to ask. I know I know, I shouldn't be so hard on them since they just opened but it's constructive criticism and to help them improve on their service. I did however leave a nice big tip for them because the food was amazing and we were satisfied.

Love this place. Best place in Jackson. Services is most amazing The grandson is sooo nice , respectful and very friendly. Definitely my go to if I want to to out and eat

This has been my favorite take out restaurant for chicken pho until tonight!The soup base was no longer tasty but more watery, no chicken flavor, and a TON of flat no flavor noodles!WHAT HAPPENED?
