Yes, that's right. I said 5 star stop looking around for a Vietnamese place to eat this place will rock your taste buds !!! The beef Pho was delicious. The grilled chicken salad was delicious and the shrimp and pork spring roll,ingredients were so fresh not to mention great service thank you to the gentleman that Told me about the salad I was very impressed.SO GO TRY IT OUT

I've been a regular here since 2023 and I am amazed by the improvement of this restaurant. The food has always tasted amazing, but it seems like they have improved it over the years! Service has always been simple and straightforward, nothing outstanding, but now it seems to have really improved over time. My server Shaun gave really good service and kept checking up on me with a smile :D. He was very kind compared to the other servers, the other servers seemed snobby but he was the only one with a positive and cheerful attitude.

I went to this restaurant with two of my best friends to catch up, and it was the perfect spot for a relaxed evening. We also happened to be there on Chinese New Year, and I was impressed that they were open with regular business hours, so we didn't have to worry about missing out. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was super friendly!I had the vermicelli with grilled pork, and the meat was perfectly tender, with just the right amount of seasoning and a slightly smoky flavor from the grill. The vermicelli was fresh and light, which balanced out the richness of the pork. We started with shrimp egg rolls, which were crispy on the outside and packed with shrimp on the inside. They were served with a tangy dipping sauce that paired perfectly with their crispiness.I was craving vermicelli, but also wanted something warm for this chilly winter night, so we decided to share a 32 oz bowl of beef broth. The broth was rich and savory, and served with scallions and stringed daikon giving it that classic pho beef broth taste. It was incredibly comforting with just the flavorful broth to warm us up. One friend had the combo pork chop rice plate, and the pork chop was juicy, grilled to perfection, and crispy on the outside. Another friend ordered the vermicelli with grilled chicken, and the chicken had a nice char with a touch of sweetness. Everyone loved their meals, and we're already planning our next visit. It's definitely one of those spots you know will hit the spot every time. The flavors were spot on, and the portions were generous. Well worth it.The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that made us feel right at home. You can tell they really care about both the food and the experience. Plus, there's plenty of parking, so no stress about finding a spot.As for the service, big shoutout to our server, Shaun! He was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. He checked in with us just enough to ensure everything was good, but didn't hover, which we really appreciated. His laid-back attitude and attentive service added to the relaxed, enjoyable experience. We never felt rushed, and Shaun made us feel welcome from start to finish. It's rare to find such a good balance of great food and solid service, and this place nailed it.It's clear this will become a regular spot for us. Can't wait to come back. Definitely a new favorite!

Hubby and I have been coming here for years, mostly to-go, but recently decided to dine-in w/this chilly weather. I was surprised to see they remodeled and expanded into what used to be Mazza Kabob. While I am sad they closed b/c their food was amazing, I'm happy that Pho Rice & Roll'd is doing well and expanded. We were promptly brought ice waters and looked at the menu. A bit sticky, but okay. We both got pho, and it was piping hot, I burned my tongue. When we order to-go, they always put the meat on the side. The rare flank was already cooked in the broth and was a bit tough. Next time I'll ask for it on the side so I can cook it myself. Super flavorful broth. We got the fried egg rolls as an app. Piping hot and freshly fried.

AWARENESS:Gearing up for our family trip to Japan in 2026, I know I needed to start getting my picky wife acclimated to eating things she's never tried like, Ramen and Pho, so a few weeks ago, I talked to her into joining me here at Pho Rice & Roll'd for a late lunch, early dinner.NARRATIVE:We arrived around 4:00 pm on a Saturday and were seated and drink orders were taken right away.The menu here is really extensive. Lots of Pho and Ramen combinations, but it was nice to see to they also serve Chinese dishes like, Chow Fun, Chow Mein and stir fried items.I ordered a large Pho with both Rare and Flank Steak, Brisket, Tendon and Tri Tip. I also ordered Beef Spring rolls for the wife and I to share. The wife ordered a small Pho with Beef.The Pho made it to the table within 10 minutes of our orders and it was piping hot. Lots a vermicelli noodles, veggies and meat and sides of jalapeños, bean sprouts and aromatic herbs.SCENE:Pho Rice & Roll'd is located in the City of Tracy off of Naglee Rd.RECOMMENDATION(S):Outstanding Pho. Highly recommended.

Our only place for Vietnamese food. Our son loves the teriyaki chicken plate and I believe most kids would eat it also. Great selection of food and clean establishment. Five stars to my gangsters here!

This continues to be my go-to Vietnamese restaurant in Tracy. I came here this past Sunday and noticed they expanded! They took over where Mazaa Kabob House (great restaurant but permanently closed now) used to be. It's one big, connected space now. During this visit, I ordered the Pho Dac Biet in regular. I really like the pho here. The broth had good flavor and depth, and the portion size was good. Overall, I had a great meal.

Love all the food and the Bobo is excellent. All the staff are Friendly. Bathrooms need soap and paper towels

THIS PLACE IS LEGIT! Was driving by Tracy and wife found this place to eat for lunch. I am so so credibly surprised by the fact that there is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Tracy. They have roasted duck noodle soup, which I love. And the only place I ever get it is in San Jose. I was happy and a little skeptic about it, but the flavors were on point. The duck was drier than I'm used to, but hey can't be perfect. There was a good amount of bones in it too, so be careful eating it. Their Banh Mi's were also on point. For $8 you get a large large sandwich split in two. Half of the sandwich is definitely enough for a meal. So think of it as a $4 sandwich which is a great deal!Definitely coming back if I'm ever in the area again!

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Korean Bbq, Grilled beef ban mi and Beef soup.
