Pho Mex

The service here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!Dirty Horchata had great flavor. Egg rolls were extremely fresh. The vibes are new and refreshing, it's very clean and welcoming inside. This could be a great place for any occasion, including date nights. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We will definitely be back.Thank you for a great experience.

Ambiance was great. Service was helpful but the food I ordered needed improvement. The grilled steak banh mi I picked up on my dinner break lacked flavor, but I did get a whole lot of cilantro.. The times I had a banh mi at another restaurant they usually have egg mayo, pate and some type of marinated beef.

Everything looked good on the menu tbh. My favorite was the teriyaki wings. Might be my new favorite wings. They were the right size, cooked perfectly and great flavor. The place is a fusion of Vietnamese and Mexican style cuisine. Everything was good. I really liked the Passionate Mango drink. I dont have anything bad to say about. Literally no complaints.Service was very nice and laughed at most of my jokes, so no complaints there either, hahaCan't wait to try more of the menu.They have a jurassic beef rib meal I want to try. Looking forward to going back

The hostess is supposed to ask us for a drink first before ordering the food. My family and I weren't satisfied with the food that we ordered. The Pho Bowl is VERY SMALL size like a kid's size. It does taste not great and the broth is ok. The price is VERY EXPENSIVE. We will NEVER go there again.

Never heard of a Mexican Asian Fusion Vietnamese restaurant before so this was a first.Ordered the grilled pork spring roll wraps. Pricey but the size is large (4 pieces). The clear rice paper and mexican style pork was great. The side dipping sauce was way too salty.Had the Pho with rare steak and brisket. The only Mexican thing about it was the cucumbers and jalapeños. Needed some pickled carrots! The beef was great. The noodles and broth were meh.The horchata iced Vietnamese coffee was fantastic. They really should encourage more promos to promote the place.Annoying fly drove me nuts, but it got better once more folks showed up!

Came in for Mother's Day. First things I noticed was how nice the place looks. So many amazing decorations and good atmosphere . The second thing I noticed was how hard working the crew was. They had a robot helping deliver food, and a very extensive menu with photos. The food was very good. I recommend getting the normal sized bowls because to upgrade to the biggest could feed 3 people. The spring rolls were okay, but I feel they should be smaller. Make them as big as they are only looks good in photos. They offer all the condiments you need, this place does not lack flavor or good costumer service. I'll be coming back to enjoy more The drinks menu is pretty extensive. If you want to have small bites with amazing drinks, you can even treat this as a little bar if you don't want to consume too much.

What is this?...... Came to get the veggie egg rolls and got this as one of them...... not much love put into these. :/ Despite there not being basically any costumers, my order still came out shitty.

Love coming here, food is delicious and drink selection is great, just wish the service was better speed wise but other than that if you have some patience you'll definitely be rewarded.

This place is wonderful. The food is excellent. I have tried to spell everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed. The service is wonderful very friendly and accommodating.

The environment was clean and comfortable and staff was nice. I don't do alcohol so I got a regular hortchata instead of dirty hortchata which was so good. I loved the loaded fries I get random craving of it so totally recommend! Now the pho, the broth was good but I didn't feel like they put enough meat, overall it was good. I'm coming back for those fries and horchata, and also trying the wings which I hear are good.
