Pho Island

Very nice authentic Vietnamese restaurant. They have a large variety of food and drinks to choose from. Portions are great and prices are reasonable. This is my go-to place when I'm craving Vietnamese food.The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated.Wait staff are very prompt and friendly.

We were seated quickly and received our food very quickly. The waiter was super friendly. The inside is well decorated and has the smell of Vietnamese food as soon as you walk in. The pho was pretty standard and the milk tea was soooo good. Worth a stop.

Food: not bad. Tasted great. My first time ordering a fried calamari in an Asian Restaurant that serves ranch as dipping sauce. When I asked for sweet chili sauce, server was kinda obnoxious. Pork chop was not tender. Service: bad! Coming in with party of 4 but they only gave us 1 set of cutlery. Server looks mad when you ask for something. Ambiance: spacious but with all the fans on. It's very hot inside. **Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Please store the febreeze and other chemicals in a separate table, not next to A1 sauce and other sauces.

They never fail or miss everything is always good! We've gotten rice plates, pho and appetizers. Soo yummy coming from someone whose gone to all the Vietnamese spots in Stockton

My first encounter with this restaurant was via DoorDash and the soup was delicious, both the rib eye pho and chicken noodle soup pho. Coming into the restaurant, I was surprised it wasn't busy, but it has been triple digits. The service was attentive and fast. I really like how they provided a large vase of ice water and before ours was below half it was refilled. We ordered the ribeye pho and the special pho. Special pho comes with everything: tendon, filet, and beef meatball. They provide a large helping of spring beans, mint, jalapeños, and limes. The ribeye pho seasoning; as the meat and soup are provided separately, tastes like Korean spareribs seasoning. However, it is good! The restaurant itself it set up nicely with plenty of space and a fun atmosphere; they have large tvs and a cute bar top area. We did not try any of the milk teas or drinks, but hope to next time.

Grand opening so we got 30% off on December 3 on all food and drinks. We ordered the Tiger Milk Tea, Vietnamese coffee, Pho Grilled Beef Ribeye, Vermicelli with grilled pork and pork eggrolls, a side of garlic noodles and then the Grilled Beef Korean Short Rib to go. Tiger milk tea had a strong honey flavor which I enjoyed. Tends to be on the sweeter side so beware, and boba was slightly hard. The Vietnamese coffee was good but also more on the sweeter side than that classic bitterness that I enjoy with cafe sua da. I'd get the tiger milk tea again but would pass on the coffee.Pho Grilled Beef Ribeye was just plain pho with a side of cooked marinated meat, which I've never seen before but I assume it's on the menu to cater to the people in the area who might not like the traditional way of pho where the meat is cooked in the broth fairly plain. The grilled ribeye was GOOD! Juicy and flavorful, however it was on the thinner side. The pho broth was extremely lacking in flavor, it was a plain broth with no essence of the usual components of pho. I would pass on getting pho here personally, I'm from San Jose and I'd say we have some pretty amazing pho there (and homemade of course). But if you're the type of person that likes to drown their broth in lime, sriracha, chili oil, and hoisin then you'll like this spot as the broth is simple so you can dress it up. Vermicelli with grilled pork and pork eggrolls was a good dish, meat was flavorful and eggrolls were crispy. I really enjoyed the side of garlic noodles! Had a good bite to them and really garlicky. The Korean short rib was overcooked so it was a little tough to chew when we got it to go and needed more flavor so I'd pass on this rice plate.I'd come back for the garlic noodles and probably a side of marinated meat, a vermicelli bowl if I'm craving it but I can make that at home. This spot is really small and the tables and chairs are way too close to each other it was hard to go to the bathroom and not disturb any other tables. The service was okay, you can tell that the staff is super stressed out handling a grand opening in such a small restaurant. We met the owners and they were really nice.

The food is really good and the people there have good service. They just remodeled the place looks nice inside.

The pho was not good. The service was ok. Definitely not coming back. The chicken tasted like turkey.

I order for pick up on DoorDash. It wasn't ready when I arrived, but it allowed me time to take pictures! This is a very nice new restaurant! Great seating, cool birthday wheel, and lots of options on the menu. The food was great. The pho was very authentic and spicy and the spring rolls were perfect.

Very rude people!!First time going a young lady was rude and the second time a men was very rude to us when we sat down patiently waiting for the rest of our order that never come !! so had to go ask about it then men was rude to me and yelled he was busy helping someone else then went to the table to check our bowls and had the nerve to say I ate the chicken pho that we were still waiting for!! I showed him the receipt he was still holding on too that it was three phos in total and only two at the table ,it was so embarrassing and disgusting how he acted!!! we won't be going here anymore and I'll let my family and friends how unpleasant this was for the second time !!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED
