not sure why there are so many bad reviews we had a party here last week and it was amazing !! they also email us a week prior letting us know we can't open gifts due to not having enough time which wasn't a problem for us because after eating and having cake time was over! would recommend this place to anyone!

My little one had a blast here and my older 2 had fun running around also. I like that there are different areas to do things, build stuff, and even read. They require you use their socks which are $3, but understandable because they don't want the kids to slip. My son loved it so much that he asked to have his birthday there this year! The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. We'll be back!

Came here for a kid's birthday party. Play area is quite small, not as big as Luv to play in Dublin. No cafeteria but they do have some small area that sell small snacks and drinks like concession stand. They don't provide slippers for bathroom use. So you will need to either re put on your shoes and take it off again after or step away with the indoor socks you have on. All in all, if you just looking for something for the kids to play in during rainy days, I think it's good. But can't imagine when the place is crowded with kids...

If you want a quick and dirty birthday party that's kid centered, this is the place! I attended a friends birthday party here on a Sunday from 1-3 pm (reservations are in two hour blocks). Only your party can be there during your time block so the place is all yours. All little kids must wear their own grip socks (that they sell). Adults must wear socks in the play area but they can be regular socks. The place charged to bring outside food, but there is plenty of parking that is free. The set up inside has a small area for little kids (like 6 months - 2 years). The rest is like a little kid ninja warrior set up. Of course my kid was the one who busted his lip but the staff gave me a baggie of ice. They are pretty strict about leaving on time since they have back to back parties on weekends.

I came here for the first time to attend one of my nephew's birthday. We had such a blast playing on everything. I didn't do all the obstacles bc I thought I was too big for them but I guess they have built so that adults can go on them too! We went on the slides, the peek-a-boo swinging posts with mirrors (see pic), the jumbo swing and crawled around the other areas. I guess this place has different locations but the one I visited was this one in Livermore. They are a semi 3-level play structure that features a variety of slides, obstacle courses, crawl spaces and even a small little area for 3-year-old and under. All the kids were having a grand-ole time. The only thing I'd suggest is to have more wiggle room in between parties so that guests are not rushing. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed which was displayed in their expressions having our party rush in the "food room" because another party was coming. And to be exact, we had just finished singing happy birthday people were just about to take a bite out of their pieces of cake when the staff workers came in and started taking down the decoration and one staff even sprayed some cleaning solution right next to me to signal people at our table to get up and get out!It was not the "eat-and-run" that we had expected. So I give them 3.5 stars- to round up it's a 4, bc the kids did have fun. If only they could schedule reservations in a more reasonable and enjoyable way.

What a fun little spot for the little ones! This isn't too far from us so we made our way over on a Wednesday morning. We've been here before for a birthday party but my son was much younger and not mobile. Now, my almost 17 month old had the best time!I love the 0-3 area for the little ones. It's nice to have a designated spot for the younger kids. My son had the best time in the soft play section, going up and down the slide, and playing with the interactive toys and games. This is the perfect spot for an indoor play place. You're able to book online, just remember kids must wear their grippy socks ($3 available to purchase up front). We will be returning, especially during the winter months!

I've been to a lot of indoor play places and I'd say this ranks low among them. Could be since I'm used to SoCal ones and this one is NorCal, but here are the things I noticed: -Not a lot of room for parents to sit to watch their kids. -big kids area and little kids area (I liked both) -not much variety, compared to lol kids club, kid empire or one in chino, there's really just the main climb area as opposed to the dance room or trampoline room or inflatables or shooting foam balls area that others offer along with the climbing area -staff was niceIt was a great thing to do with the kids while we were in the area but given that indoor play places already feel expensive... this really didn't have a ton to offer

What a fun place to hold a birthday party for kids! The play gym is perfect for our kids 2-5yo and the staff was kind. Kids can climb, run, go down slides, ride the swings, bounce around, dance, etc. The room was perfect for pizza lunch and cake.

It's a little small but perfect to get some energy out and make a few friends! My daughter loves running around while baby brother plays in soft area.

I'm from out of town, so it was my 1st time at this establishment and we loved it. With the holidays, I understand how busy and hectic is may get. The customer service was great the staff checked up on us to see if we were alright and needed anything while still keeping up with the place. I witnessed how terrible and ugly parents were being to some of the staff which was sad to see, as they are just trying to do what they can as it was so busy. Big props to staying professional. My kids loved it they didn't want to leave. I loved it because it tired them out and they slept like rocks. You guys are well appreciated keep it up Peek-A-Boo! See you guys soon! Happy Holidays!
