HUGE HUGE THANK YOU TO PARTY GUYS for saving the day & filling our order quickly! This was our first time being a customer of theirs & in the future they will be our go-to. We appreciate them being honest, informative & kind!!! I walked in at opening (10am) needing 45, 11-inch latex balloons with helium. Immediately they asked when the event was and explained the time frame helium last as well as the option for high-float which will make the balloons last for a longer duration All of this information was appreciated & gave me a piece of mind knowing the balloons would last for the event I was delivering to that was scheduled 2-5pmOur experience with Party Guys was much more pleasant & informative compared to the other place we originally went to. Unfortunately the 1st place we went to balloons were deflating within hours & were not going to make it to the event despite them assuring me they would.

I haven't been to this shop in years, but I stopped here recently to grab some items for a party I was throwing. I couldn't find the range of balloon colors I wanted at my usual stores. I was able to find exactly what I needed here and they had a lot of interesting items that inspired me as well. The AC was either not on or it was on low so I didn't stay long because it was uncomfortably warm inside. I would have loved to be able to browse longer and to have given 5 stars. I highly recommend stopping in... They have things you might not even know you want or need and I found the prices to be reasonable. Also, for anyone who is wondering if the balloon arch kits are worth it, I made one that I created myself with custom colors and one in another room that was a kit and the kit came out much better and less expensive. I was bummed but hopefully I learned the hard way so you don't have to. Happy party planning!

They look short staffed every time I go. But the people there are always very kind and friendly so the wait is ok I guess. The prices are decent and the arrangements are so beautiful. I love that they have a bunch all ready to go.

This store pretty much has everything you think you would need for a party. They have your basic party themes such as Bluey, Frozen, Hello Kitty and Super Mario Bros. Staff was friendly. The prices are a little up there, but I mean to throw a party is expensive! I would recommend for all your party supplies.

Came in here to get my lil baby brothers #18 balloons for his 18th birthday!! I didn't know Stockton didn't have a Party City so in place of that is Party Guys & they did not disappoint! This store is super clean, stocked! Staff was very friendly. They have so many different kinds of decorations and balloons and lil gifts/toys. I will definitely be back to this store if I ever need any party supplies in the future.

These ladies were soo kind i didnt get none of they names but I highly recommend this place!! She helped me coordinate my balloons she was so sweet Thank you!!!

Really good variety of party supplies found pretty much everything i needed that other stores didnt have.

I was at the store today 9-21-24 for at least an hour waiting for them to do my order. Then they had a shift change and the girl taking over started having attitude. So I just paid for what they had made and went to the balloonery I was in and out. Well as I was going to pay I realized I lift my card at party guys. Called them they said I had it put away. Well couple hrs later I have 3 charges on my card that are not mine. Now having to go to the bank for new card. Never again will I go there.

I recently ordered balloon arch, 2 columns and a balloon Garland over the phone for a corporate event we were having this past Saturday. After coming in on Friday to pay for product apparently the services to put balloons together are through a worker that works there, and I had to pay for balloons separate which I wasn't originally told. At that point I paid. The worker picked all the balloons out and The Star balloons, was also supposed to have confetti. Upon arrival to our event the worker told me that she needed to still create the garland and needed a plug which was very frustrating because all of the balloon items that I ordered should have been ready and brought at the time that was requested which was 9am. I had a lot going on in it very frustrated and let her know that of course I did not have a plug or anything for her to be able to blow up the balloons but that I needed her to make the garland and bring it back to the event at that point she had an attitude and didn't want to hear the feedback. She did not come back with the backdrop garland for our stage and main picture area. The whole situation was very unpleasant and unprofessional. If you allow customers to order arches and garland and columns to be made over the phone you should probably make sure you tell them it's just one of the workers making it. Also did not receive the stars that I paid for in the arch nor the garland total disappointment.

Amazing customer service and great ballon's! I will be back for future party's . Great prices and I was amazing to see that they also provide beautiful cemetery arrangements .
