Parkside Apartments

I was apartment searching and called Parkside Apartments and spoke to Virginia. She is the most wonderful caring accommodating manager I have ever met!! Virginia was so very helpful. Fantastic property, great location and professional management. It's a great gated community with a pool. The plank floors and gas range are amenities I love. Holli the manager has been nothing but professional, very accommodating and pleasant to work with.

I had an amazing experience in dealing with Holli Mendez. I needed a place right away, and she was able to accommodate to that. She made the whole transition easy, she answered all my questions, and she made sure I was comfortable and happy before I moved in my new place. She was so easy to get a hold of, and responded quickly in a professional manner. I enjoy working with Hollie in trying to find me this unit, and all the hard work that she put in to move me just in time. I truly appreciate her help, specially being a first time renter. I highly recommend Holli.

HOLLI is amazing ! She was very helpful when I moved in & always quick to respond when I need any assistance. It's a quite neighborhood & peaceful!

These apartments over the past 2 years have definitely improved. We had a good manager named Virginia and she recently left and we have a new one named Tara which is equally amazing. We have been overpopulated with cats for some time and I must say Tara has done an amazing job of cleaning up the place. She has even stated she is adding a puppy waste station which sounds silly to be applauding but it really is helpful for us dog owners. We do still have some problems with the landscapers blowing dust on our vehicles but besides that everything seems to going great. There is security and I feel safe walking my dog at night. I do see the new manager cleaning the laundry room and sanitizing our mailbox area now that's something to applaud. I really hope we get to keep Tara and hope Parkside continues to flourish. 4 stars because the landscapers.

Got a complaint from Virginia that my music in my car was "too loud" which it wasn't i got tired of her complaining so I parked on the opposite side of the leasing office when I did that my car got broken twice within a day "nice gates community" my ass these places are terrible.

I am a regular visitor from out of state. I have a good friend who resides at Parkside Apartments in Stockton CA. I have noticed how clean and quiet the place is . There has been improvements since Holli Mendez has been managing the complex. Holli you are doing a fantastic job!! keep up the good work!

Fast at getting keys. Friendly and very helpful, informative. Made the paperwork easy. Went out of the way to get the job done.

Parkside apartments are an example really bad management.They will leave you with no after hours or weekend maintenance person they call for illegal inspections.The managers are mostly rejects from other placesand seem to Napolian complexes.I advise others to stay away from this place.

The management is great. Moving in was easy and comfortable. Melania and Thania at the front office are cautious, professional, and responsive. My overall experience was great.
