Park Inn Motel

This used to be a Motel 6, the hotel is barely standing on one leg. Rooms are poorly maintained. Per their from desk "We been having problems with housekeeping."- understatement of the year.

I guess??Now I can say I've stayed at Motel 6... definitely first time and the last time. My back hurts, my neck, my body... everything. The room is dirty... sheets are stained.Room DOESN'T have ac???? Things are like broken left and right. Especially the bed!!! Oh my god. We also had to wait 70 MINUTES waiting for someone to let us in.. we got in our room at 3am!!!! Wtf???Definitely NEVER come here UNLESS it's last choice. We SHOULD'VE slept in the car... most definitely WOULD'VE been more comfortable.P.S. walls are paper thin so you'll hear everything and everyone.....

I could not even stay the night sadly--- we checked in and the two guys working seemed high, ok, no problem, but got into the room and it was super musty and smelled of mold. right off the bat the bed cover was stained , ew, and yes it seemed that kind of stain. I pulled it off to find the blankets stained and burnet with several cig holes. again ew. I then pulled the covers back thinking maybe cleaned again stained sheets. Ew. the counters covered in oil spots as well. the bathroom was super clean. good job. ew over all

very very nasty place u can ever stay motel 6 in tracy stay away its got bugs all over the floor hair on the bed and in the bathroom nastiest motel ive ever stayed in and thre front desk the lady at night super mean this place is infested

This was one of the most disgusting Motels I ever stayed at in my life I slept with my clothes on I didn't even takeoff my shoes I couldn't take a shower there was cars that were on bricks broke down outside this is not a safe place I do not recommend it for anybody I wasted my money staying here had a very important appointment the next Day in Tracy and staying at this Motel wreaked my night I didn't not shower or rest at this hotel it was too disgusting. The staff was nice but the rooms were so bad they should shut this place down or fine the owners. Thank God I didn't take my wife and kids here no hype real talk . One star is to much credit for how disgusting this place was it was truly a ZERO

‼‼DO NOT GO TO THIS MOTEL 6 ‼‼‼ I was wondering why the family next door to me was leaving & they just checked in. This Motel 6 is horrible, infested with bed bugs, ticks, they are pet friendly which is discussing if you can't keep the rooms sanitized & cleaned. My family & I checked in @2:30p & as soon as it was time to lay down I saw bed bugs & ticks OMG yuck we checked out same day by 10:00p. The San Joaquin County Health department needs to inspect & shut this place down. Not including the drug addicts & prostitution that goes on at Motel 6 right behind Dennys off the 205 in Tracy Ca. 8 years ago it was never like this. We ended up checking in at Holiday Inn. DO NOT RESERVE NOR CHECK-In at this Motel 6. Not in reference the power kept going out & we had to approach a third party guy whom looked like he was on drugs himself to cut our lights back on. Bad circuit breakers which is a safety & fire hazard. If I had to give this place 0 I would please take this review into consideration if you care about your loved ones & hygiene. Imagine a bug crawling in your ear while your sleep or ever your child's ear. We immediately left when we saw the bugs.

I checked in on 12/31/23 already gave my card info to the woman when making my reservation. I was then told the card machine wasn't working so I needed to pull out 120 dollars. I check my card statement the next day, I was charged the 92 on my card and 120 in cash. The man I checked in with scammed me. Also in room 102 there is a red stain on the floor, cockroaches in the bathroom, rust stain in the tub, and the sheets looked dusty and had a hair that wasn't mine. I am really disappointed and I hope to get refunded the 120 that got stolen from me.

Went theire just to try it out with my friends on a roadtrip DON NOT RECOMEND when we got there theire was a homeless man watching tv with a rag in his head and when we told the front desk they just laughed it off.After we got the homeless man to leave we felt hesitant to stay we brought are stuff in and there was bugs all over the room we decided to try out the pool but when we got there it was green and mossy we ended up just leaving and sleeping in the car.

Awful. Property mismanaged indeed. Dirty rooms and worn showers. Not pest free as it should be.(Roaches) Told front desk lady "mayra" and she gave me another room with no lights in the bathroom or soap and towels. Gave me attitude and acted as if I was the problem and claims she offered me her best rooms. Different room, Brought her a roach in towel from it and she still had an attitude and then claims she has never been in any of the rooms or desires to stay here. Strange from an employee that works here? Rooms 104 113 115 235 244. I documented my entire experience here. I asked to speak to the Manger but instead acknowledging the issue she decided to give me a refund and instructed her staff to stop speaking to me after clearly pointing out their poorly managed spot cleaned property. Customer service is awful. 0/5Room cleanliness. 0/5Willingness to accommodate. 0/5Accountability 0/5My opinion I'd stop letting vagrants stay here and do better daliy walk thrus. Maintenance should have known about the ware, lights out and pest. No excuses Avoid

My experience at Motel 6 was so good. The receptionist Mayra was extremely friendly. She was very attentive to my families needs. Awesome customer service.
