Pan Pacific RV Center - French Camp

Lots of parts and accessories. Dave in parts department is super helpful and "not a quitter "! Nice showroom and friendly people. Lotsbof trailers and campers.

Up until the 6th of this month, the location WAS Pan Pacific. It is NOW camping World. Prior to this we started out with meeting Pete. Cool guy. When we went back a second time about two weeks later, Rick assisted us, great guy as well. From there on after our purchase it has been too many hands in the pot so to speak and not as smooth as we would have hoped for. It seemed more of leta het the sale, and then after that no one was ever on the same page it knowing what was happening on the floor except the owner at the time named Matt. At this time I will leave this review as it is. Because my updated review will fall under AKA Camping world. And let me tell you under the new take over it has NOT been. A successful one with them. Should of had or 5th will ready for us today and delivered by a contracted driver, only to be told today the day off, that our trailer cannot be taken because the propane canister had a defect. ODD because we just had our walk through Friday and was told and shown that everything was ready to go. Not only was the hauler there and ready to deliver and waiting but we were at our resort location waiting as well. The newer crew for camping world had NO great assistance in our favor as the customer and had a laugh at US behavior with no answers around anything. But just to tell us that MAYBE Monday it will be ready or Tuesday. And to pretty much accept it. They rather put the blame on the computer switch over than really work on making the situation at hand better.,so here we are having to take an extra day or two from work to work around them. It's rare that I have to review as such. But this one definitely needs attention to it. Hope that others have a much better final process than we have been going through.

probably the best place in California to buy a trailer or motorhome. Greatm service center too!

WOW!! Pan Pacific went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me when I was riding on the rim after a blowout 100 miles down the road. Josh, Maggie, Julie and Micheal were ESPECIALLY caring and attentive , but the whole crew of Pan Pacific jumped in to help me. I pulled into their shop unannounced with a double axle diesel generator riding on three tires and a rim, it's a 14 inch wheel so nobody in the area had them. They called about ten different places for me to no avail but they wouldn't stop trying !! until they found one under some rubble in their boneyard. A BEAND NEW 14 inch wheel and tire !! This crew saved my day as I was still 400 miles from home ! I can't say enough about them. What wonderful people. If you're in the area DO BUSINESS HERE !!

We visited twice to make sure we found the trailer that we wanted. They listened to what we were looking for and showed us trailers that met our requirements. They never tried to be pushy or upsell. In the end, I went back and forth between two trailers. I never felt pressured to pick one over the other. They were so patient with me, and that was one of the deciding factors that led to us purchasing a trailer from them. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Only reason for the 1 star is because you can't leave a review with 0. Stopped by today to check out some trailers. Salesman James, what a piece of work. Maybe he is bi-polar? Who knows? Mister friendly when talking about possibly buying one. Stated we wanted to think about it, turned into Mister Hyde. Liked a passport they had. Like we said, we wanted to think about it and possibly come back Friday. "It might not be here by then" little did numb nuts know, we were here a couple weeks ago... same trailer was there. Finally we wanted to leave, he was getting too pushy to run numbers. Told us "sounds like you just don't want to buy a trailer" storms off, walks into sales office and slams papers down on the table. Literally like my 6 year old would do if he got his xbox taken away. What a clown. He should be fired. I don't see James selling too many trailers, and I don't us returning to this place. I'll take my money to BestRV in Turlock, they were extremely nice when we went there before Pandemic Pacific. Should be their new name... because everyone should stay away. James... good luck with your next sale.. if you ever get one.

Ok I brought my trailer in here because my 7pin wire was cut and back lights weren't working and plus I didn't know if my truck was shorted out too!! I called them they said they should be able to help me so I said ok I'll try so I brought it in !! This place is nice a lot of all the trailer Assesories!! If u need anything I'm sure they will have it !! The young guy in parts dept was hecka nice and a lot of help! And I'm happy to say they found the problem replaced the wire and got my back lights working again!! I will definitely be back !! Thanx again!!

It's still on going, 6 months later. The wind damaged our awning. We took the coach in for repair. The parts and diagnosis took 4+ weeks. They weren't able to match the fabric (not their fault) so we chose to replace all the awnings. It took another 4+ weeks to get that. All parts arrived and we made the trip to get it all installed. They didn't know how to install the awning power board, nor did they realize it would also need painting. On top of that the rest of the awnings were the wrong size, so they had to reorder. And now we wait........

Everyone is super friendly and I did not feel pressured into anything. Everyone let me wonder around and took the time at answer all kinds of questions about everything I had.
