Palo Santo Cafe

The atmosphere is fun and chill for group of adult friends and couples. Very nice vibe and food is amazingly good, authentic!

Me and my friend wanted to try a new brunch spot and came across this cute cafe. I would highly recommend the chilaquiles super fresh and great flavor. We also got the tres leche cake and pay de elote super good! You have to pay for your order first which was different but easy and fast process to do so. Overall 10/10!

Super nice, cute place. We had the chilaquiles and a crepe. All super good! Red chilaquiles were delicious with a little spicy kick. The cashier was super helpful and bilingual. She seemed to be able to work also as a server, her customer service was excellent.

Food is so good definitely the best I've had in the area cold brew horchata was fire taquitos were crispy and flavorful and above all the tinga was bomb it's better than my sister in laws

Cute little spot with good food. I was a apprehensive about the high reviews for a cafe, but decided to give this place a try. Polite courteous employees, clean nice atmosphere and really tasty food. Not their fault but with a few rogue flies in the cafe, a fly swatter would have made the experience perfect.

This review is based on a DoorDash order. The Ultimate guacamole toast and fideo from Palo Santo did not taste good. The fideo was so salty and mushy. It's not a soup you can just let simmer all day so I believe you shouldn't offer it unless you can make it fresh. Avocado toast also did not taste fresh. It was kind of gross. Chilaquiles were average at best, I don't understand the "rave" reviews.

Updated after business owner answered. The reason I noted they made a drink for you before our PENDING ORDER. Was because I heard you tell them to make it while we sat and stared at them.

I visited this place for the first time on 2/26/24 around noon after finding it on Yelp. Unfortunately, my experience started off on a sour note. As soon as the girl at the counter realized we were a large party, her attitude shifted noticeably. When our friend was ordering, she continued to act rude. I went up to order next, and instead of focusing on the counter, she went to the coffee area and started talking about our group with another employee--until she realized I was noticing. I found that behavior to be disrespectful. While the food was good, the poor customer service means I won't be returning.

We had three people in our party and were lucky to grab the last table inside. Since there was not a line at the time we ordered right away. The person taking our order was short with us and while we were ordering kept saying " is that all?" The first plate, crapes came out in about 10 minutes. Our coffees came out about the same time. The next plate came out 19 minutes later and it was cold. The final plate came out 10 minutes after that, also cold. Other than being cold, the food tasted ok. The coffees were good. We had been here once before and had a much better experience. After this we won't be back.

This WAS our favorite spot but they made me and my pregnant wife wait 45 minutes for our food well we watch everyone else who came in after to get their food before us on Valentine's Day
