Palmer Memorial

Lovely park. In a quiet and new neighborhood. This playground, has rubber padding instead of bark. Nice basketball court, and big grassy area. Because this park is new, the trees are still growing and are small. They provide a little shade, but not enough to completely escape the sun for long. No bathroom.
