DO NOT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! Firstly, it's INFESTED with mice, rats, & roaches. Especially ROACHES! Since I lived here I've been through 3 different managers and several owners. None of them care about the property or the tenants all very rude and do very little about the issues around here. The laundry room is gross, kids play in there and homeless people sleep in there at night. The front gate has been broken for months so anyone can just walk in here (and they do). There is drug phaphenilia and it is very unsafe to go out at night. The park here is also disgusting they never clean it. It's also broken which makes it unsafe for children to play on. Broken mail boxes so your mail gets stolen sometimes especially packages. I've heard two shootings both very close to my apartment the police never even showed up, Every other day there is something wrong with the sewer so my toliet is backed up which causes the people upstairs fesses to come in my tub. I refuse to pay rent in a place that's inhabitable to live especially with a small child. They have the nerve to go up on rent and the properties isn't even quality. Slum lords! Please avoid this place don't let them fool you! Everyone deserves better than pacific pointe!

i lived here back in 2008 and the management here was always bad, cars were getting broken into, that automatic gate up front was always broken. Didn't have much of a roach problem when i was there though, and yeah it seemed like every night there were gun shots but you sorta get used to them. i was smoker so i was smoking always on the balcony, every bum that pass by would ask for cigarettes, ghetto foos asking for change to get bus ride home... when they have better clothes then me...it was a love hate thing though because it was the first place i lived on my own!!!

I absolutely love the manager at these apartments and maintenance . They are kind and professional . I'm saddened to see that old reviews are up still from " 20 YEARS AGO " past owners . I have lived here for several years and have NEVER seen a roach or mice . they remodeled the apartments ( completely gutted them out ) put in hardwood flooring !! after they tented it . Its beautiful and spacious . Its very quiet here so quiet I hear white noise . If you are looking for a quiet place to live with nice new flooring easy to clean maintain this is the place to live . Its right on the water ( one block away ) you can jog , fish or hike its also really close to UOP and Delta college . The bedrooms are nice size master bedroom closet is the size of a small bedroom LOVE IT !!! ... pictures don't do it justice you have to just come see them for yourself .

just an update on my review from a few weeks ago...everything is still the same AND we have not had hot water since Friday! Yup! and there isn't anyone available through the weekend to fix it. So everyone had to take cold showers or shower somewhere else. This place really isn't worth your money.

This is an update. I've been living at Pacific Pointe since February 2015 & this is my last month here. I have been defeated by these ROACHES! I cannot deal with the infestation! I walk into a dark room and turn on the light roaches are everywhere no matter how much I clean or how clean I am. I've literally done everything sugar mixed with baking soda, boric acid, foggers, nothing will get rid of them. They hire the worst exterminators whatever they do makes the roaches come out more. They never go away. I called the health department and they haven't done a thing! Avoid these apartments unless you can live with roaches because there not going anywhere they own these apartment s if u live here u live with them

I can honestly say this is an awesome apartment complex. The landscaping is parklike, the staff here are 5 stars. They complete everything to perfection. For the bad review sorry but my experience here has been top notch. I highly recommend these apartments and think they are in the best of locations, between the mall, target, UOP and Delta colleges! All in walking distance. Also way cheaper rates and plenty of perks... only bad is no pool. I recommend this place over all in the area!

I'm currently living in this apartment and feel it appropriate to write a review to warn future tenants to NOT move in. I'm so disappointed of these apartments. I have been living here for almost 2 years and in the beginning it was nice, but after awhile it started showing it's true colors.... To further explain, the apartments facade looked nice, the layout was nice, the manager at the time was Shelly and she was very kind. I moved into a 1 bedroom apt starting at $500 and a $300 deposit for the first 6 months. After 6 months, the apartment went up to $599, then a few months later; it went up to $625 and I guess everyone else's rent increased. (It's a low income housing and it's based on your income.) I was fine with $625 because water and sewage was included. Through the whole year I have been living here, there are a lot of noises and the manager gives a number to security so you can report these complaints but they end up being just complaints. I had this neighbor who played very loud, window rattling rap music from 10pm-8am. No exaggeration. It was almost every day. I reported this and nothing was done. Aside from that, there was problems with ROACHES. First it started with a few, then I guess the neighbors had some and since underneath the door had a slight gap, roaches felt they could crawl underneath and come into my apartment. I swear every day I have killed over 10 roaches a day. I seriously can't take it and that's why I am writing this review and moving out. They do offer pest control, which is some guy coming to spray some roach bate which I think just brings more roaches out. It's getting worse. Even outside you see black widows and roaches crawling. It's very disgusting. Since Shelly moved, we have a new manager. His name is Chris. That jerk is simply unprofessional and careless. I don't know how the hell he got hired. Supposedly he is just working here to get money to buy a hot dog stand in the airport. He smokes all day even while talking to tenants. He is unorganized and rude. One time he gave me a 3 day notice out the blue on a Friday (needless to mention, the office is closed on weekends) so he expected me to move out by Monday. I knew he got the wrong unit. I always pay my rent on time and every month. That same day I went to his office and disputed this accusation and notice and he then finally looked into his files and said it was a mistake and that his "accountant" made a mistake. First of all, why am I getting a 3 day notice? Shouldn't it be 30 days or whatever? NEVER HEARD OF THAT. A couple weeks later, I went into the office to tell Chris about the roach problem I keep having and he brought up that I supposedly am missing rent from April....ummm he was just now telling me this in July!!! Why the hell is he just now telling me this 2-3 months later?? All I could do was laugh at his stupidity. I know I turned in my rent. Any time he is never in his office, they have a rent drop box. I dropped my rent in the box. So he said I would be charged late fees for the missing rent. I went to my bank and got documents proving the check was made to the apartments and they traced it and showed that Chris (the manager) signed and initialed it. I haven't heard anything from him since. I proved he was wrong again. How hard is it to manage apartments and rent??? Someone fire him please. The management is just horrible. Unit is infested with roaches. The maintenance lives onsite and he's really kind. He tries his best to fix things, so I give Kevin props. There are landscapers every Friday. The pavement is really dirty. They don't powerwash/scrub it so it looks unappealing. I just regret ever living here so long. I wouldn't suggest living here.I can go on writing about this place, but then I would go on forever. One more thing, there's a laundromat onsite but there's roaches there too hahahah The best thing about this place was the pretty picnic area, limitless parking, and location to many business and schools. Other than that, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
