First time getting my nails done in a long time. Nikki, who did my nails, cut me a total of 3 times, causing my finger to bleed. Then shortly after sprayed my fingers with alcohol. And as I was washing my hands after she was done doing my nails, I look back and she had already seated someone in my chair, that had all of my belongings in! She didn't ask to move my things, otherwise I would've taken them with me. I ended up getting charged $5 over the amount they told me over the phone and there was an additional $1 fee for paying with card. The paint job was horrible, and I had to spend time cleaning the gunk underneath my nails which should've been done by Nikki from the get go.

I made an appointment for my 7 year old granddaughter and myself. When we arrived they wanted to separate us from each other! What fun is that? I said never mind, I'll skip my manicure so I can sit next to her. She was just getting color... They could have easily done my manicure in the same time as I was just getting clear!

I came here with my daughter and we both got mani's and pedi's. My daughter was helped by Willy and I was help by Holly. Willy didn't do the hot towel service or massage for both feet/hands. But her nails came out amazing. 3.5 stars for him. The 5 stars review is truly for Holly. Holly took her time to address my needs for both my feet and hands. Holly was detailed, patient and precise. Although it was my first time coming here, I was very happy with the service that was rendered. I will be returning and I would recommend

Decent nail place, no wow factor to it but nothing bad to say either.Pricing is average and on par with other nail salons in Stockton area.

Pedicure was really good, Full set however is absolutely horrible, going back tomorrow to see if they will correct it and fix it.. I tried to go to another salon to have it fixed and they told me I need to go back and make them correct so here's to hoping they will cause I'm absolutely disappointed in the job they did the acrylic is uneven caked under the nail and the colors aren't even what I asked for

Absolutely appalled at how this place is run. I witnessed both a major lack of professionalism from the workers and lack of respect for the employees. One of the older workers seemed to be harassing one of the nail techs constantly, only interfering with their work which even made the client uncomfortable. Let me also address that the nail tech being hazed seemed to be fighting CANCER. If you can find nothing wrong with acting rude and disrespectful towards one of your own on top of them having CANCER, then I can't even imagine how they treat clients. I'm not the first bad review this place has received and I definitely won't be the last!

This is my second time receiving a gel pedicure and powdered manicure. I love this place! I was skeptical at first after reading some reviews but I left with my nails half ways done from a salon I walked out of because of how unprofessional and painful my nails were under their care. I desperately called the Pacific Nail Salon a hour before they closed hoping to be seen. To my surprise, they advised me a nail technician would be available. This nail technician took her time with me, didn't rush her work, and was very sweet. I went back a second time and requested for her, she remembered me and i once again received the best nail experience in Stockton! Good work/service deserves good tips. Thank you!

Not a bad visit but the last two have been less than ideal. It started when she asked what kind of pedicure. I said deluxe and she pointed to basic. Umm, no, that's not what I said. No one talks to you. She kept trying to twist and reposition my foot in a way that it didn't turn. The cheese grater used on the bottom of my feet and heels and remove nothing was also interesting. The massage was average but the nail care was good. The cucumber pedicure spa smelled good and the cream was soothing. The decor is nice with a mellow vibe, which probably expians no one talking. The massage was relaxing but no foot reflexology at all. Finally to pay thehbask cash or card but you say card they really mean ATM card. Then you get charged a fee to use your card.. Well ma'am this was an expensive pedicure with nothing extra or complimentary included.

I've never had a gel manicure last one week!! My nails are lifting and chipped and when I called to question my services they said they would only fix it if it chipped within 3 days, which would have been Christmas, when they were closed. Not to mention I had to change my nail design 3 times because my technician said she could do something she couldn't. Just frustrated and such a waste of money!

This Nail salon does the stand by the work that is done by their technicians. I went into for a broken nail that happened 5 days after getting a full set and was told they only will correct problems if it is within 3 days. (It was the 4th of July holiday weekend and I was out of town and they were closed on Monday). My nails were done very poorly and I left with 3 fingers bleeding, uneven nails and my nails looking like I had them done 2 weeks ago as they were so far from the cuticle. They do not stand by their work and I will not be going back!!
