These guys were very helpful. I was traveling in the area (away from home) when my tire sensor light came on. I pulled in and they assured me I was in good shape, but needed to replace a sensor. They saved me a lot of heartache and worry.

Outwest Auto just did a major tune up on my Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. They gave me a very fair quote, to get all the reccommended work taken care of including a new water pump and brake job. Everyone I delt with at Outwest was great and the work was completed on time. I Picked up the truck and could not believe how well it ran - it was like a new truck again. I absolutely recommend Outwest and will be taking my other car to them for a tune up.

I have built and had built 11 different cars in my life that were award winning show and race cars. I went to Outwest auto body at the suggestion of a family member. Worst mistake I have ever made. They agreed to do it for a set price not by the hour since what I was having them do had a full instruction manual and everything. It was a kit for installing a new motor. 5 months later they had done about 8 hours worth of work and wanted more money. Even after their lead mechanic had told me he did not know how to work on new motors. I got that out of him when he tried to get me to order an $1800 wiring harness that was completely unnecessary. Every time I mention their name in public I hear nothing but horror stories even the tow truck company said they are constantly getting calls to pick up cars that are not done from there with similar stories. Bottom line only send someone like your ex wife that stole all your money nobody that you care about lol.

Outwest painted my truck they took over this business. They were kind enough to honor the quote from the previous owner. The work included replacing a broken side view mirror on the passenger side. When I picked up my truck I saw that instead of replacing the electronic mirror with the same type they installed a manual mirror. They said that they didn't notice that problem (didn't the existing wiring give them a clue)? They said that they would correct the problem, but they had to order the replacement. For the next year I checked with them monthly. But all I got was a different excuse each time. In the end they did not correct their mistake. The original paint job lasted about 17 years. Outwest's paint job only lasted about 3 years before it started to peel.
