Customer service etiquette, learn it, embrace it. First time ever going to this estabishment had a bad taste, 2nd time many years and still if not worst. Wow!!

The owner and staff at Outdoor Sportsman are beyond awesome. They're super knowledgeable and take the time to educate you and assist you if that's what your looking for. If I had the choice to run here or over to bass pro shop, the experience is night and day different... I would choose Outdoor Sportsman's every time.They maintain a solid inventory and have regular ad sales and specials. If you're looking for anything fishing or hunting related it's worth stopping in and chatting with them.

When you walk in the front door, the first word will be WOW ! WOW ! They have everything sports I mean everything. Great fishing selection. Guns and ammunition galore! Great prices too ! I'm very impressed Friendly staff too wow !

I like this shop. Large selection of hunting rifles and gear. For the most part they have good pricing on rifles and shooting accessories. Not marked way up. I've purchased some reloading products and a Leupold scope etc and am happy I purchased there. Nice staff as well. Sometimes they get busy at gun counter so you gotta be a little patient. Is my go to shop for anything firearms related in the Stockton area.

I have been in a long time customer of the Outdoor Sportsman. As a hunter gun, aficionado fisherman bow, hunter, the staff selection and the service as I'm compared to any of the outdoor hunting and fishing that I have seen in almost the whole United States

Place has turned into a $hit hole. Used to be my favorite spot and I bought a number of stuff throughout the years . Be careful with this guy he is lazy and likes to milk his time at work and doesn't care about helping customers. Waited over 1hr to pick up a gun and the place was not even busy. After this experience they lost me as a customer. I hope outdoor sportsman gets rid of this guy.

Been in there twice to get stuff for my Glock they swore up and down it was the right parts let me tell you it was not now I gotta drive 45 minutes back to the place wasting my gas money and time never going back after I get this handled

Ok the cons first. The gun counter staff is pretty rude with the exception of maybe one person. Customer service sucks. Don't expect to go in there to get your gun questions answered. Unless you're one of their og buddies they really don't care to give you the time of day.But I'll be honest they have the best selection in town. They have everything and prices are good. I also have to recognize the guy at the front register, who was the only friendly guy in the place. I forgot his name.Five stars for the inventory and prices.
