Orwood Resort is a very nice place to go for breakfast. It's located at Orwood launch where you get a nice partial view of the delta. The service at Orwood was excellent. Our coffee mugs were always filled with coffee without asking. Our server was friendly and helpful.Taco omelette- 4/5The omelette was filled with tasty taco flavored beef. The taco omelette is a wonderful breakfast selection with a Hispanic taste. The hash browns were average, a little oily than I'm used to.Country Fried Chicken & Eggs - 4/5The Country Fried Chicken was very tender, with just the right breading. The country gravy was ok, could have been a little more flavorful. The country potatoes were a little on the salary side, but flavorful.Overall, we enjoyed our breakfast experience at Orwood Resort. I recommend giving Orwood Resort a visit for a nice meal.

Just when you think you're lost and in the middle of nothing but fields, you'll come across this little spot. Had their special of steak and lobster tail. It was pretty good. The baked potato left alot to be desired, it was just a plain potato, wrapped in foil. The drinks were pretty good. They did take forever to be brought over. The entire meal/drinks took forever. We had a nice seating spot outside which alleviated the long wait.

You might think you're lost when going off GPS, but a ways out and sort of around back of the big Discovery Bay housing developments. Situated right next to a boat dock. The place has a ton of covered outdoor seating.It's definitely a local's hangout. I got a few wary side-eyes, but while pretty slow service staff were polite, if not attentive.The food was delicious. Had the linguisa scrambled egg dish that comes with a biscuit & gravy. The linguisa & eggs were the bomb!! The gravy on the biscuits were good. The biscuit was okay. Oh roasted potatoes too which were good. I took most of the potatoes and 1/2 the eggs home as it was a lot of food. It warmed up great! If you're a coffee addict you're going to need some patience. Even busy and with wait staff standing around talking to each other they weren't going around with the coffee pot. I almost just got up and got it myself. The waitresses/owner ignored all my attempts despite being inside next to the counter where they were hanging out. A guy working there noticed me and refilled my coffee. I was there about 1.5 hours eating, reading, while waiting for dog in surgery at Discovery Bay Vet.Highly recommend just bring your patience. Food does truly mostly seem freshly prepared, other than I don't think the biscuit, but it had good flavor.

Went here this weekend. First time here. Sat at the bar and a nice lady greeted us with a smile. We ordered the Coconut Shrimp as an appetizer for lunch we had Blue buffalo Chicken Wrap and Carnitas Taco. To drink we had the Summertime and 805 beer. Coconut Shrimp did not disappoint pretty good size shrimp. The chicken wrap was delicious. The taco was ok the shell became kinda soggy as I was eating it. Next time I will get the fajita salad. They do have a nice size patio if you want to sit outside and the inside is pretty small but they had a bar that you could sit at as well. The lady at the bar was really nice with a beautiful smile. Thank you Wendy you have great customer service. Yes I would go back to try something else.

Fabulous treasure dining at this old diner on the river . Quaint and charming. My daughter and I ordered a mushroom omelet which came with hash browns and sourdough bread. Fresh and yummy. The waffle was also fresh and flavorful. Comfortable outside areas and the water near. The breakfast and lunch menu selections are impressive.Give this place a try you will be glad you did.Bon appétit

Best atmosphere on the delta! I've never had a bad beer or breakfast shot. lol Chips guacamole and salsa are top tier. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options are really good. Don't hesitate to bring a big group, they have huge picnic style tables and full bar. Plus can't go without mentioning the best launch ramp in the area that also has fuel pumps with credit card pay at the pump!

Great local breakfast/lunch spot. We Love enjoying a meal right by the water. Always have great service from the staff. Sometimes you have to wait a bit to be seated, but that just means it's a good local spot! We grab a drink and enjoy the scenery. Great spot
