I cannot say enough about this wonderful place! It is a peaceful, supportive place with down to earth people who provide the best of care! The arena has awesome footing and they drag it almost daily. Horses get turned out at night in the hot summer months and then reversed in the winter. Also, if it's too slippery for turn out I have seen them hand walking horses. They do daily body checks and if something is wrong you will be notified immediately. The horses here are happy and healthy. I disagree with the bad review and believe this is the best place in the area as I had had horrible experiences with other places close by. Go check it out!

Would not recommend. They may seem organized but the place it really a disaster. The owner is too busy running her other businesses to really manage and the barn manager never leaves the office (that's right the barn manager works in an office. Red flag right there). The hired staff don't seem to care about anything. Several times my horses were hurt and they either didn't bother to notice or didn't care to tell me (btw they claim to body checks, somehow I doubt it ever happened). Pretty much no one goes out of their way to fix anything unless you have a fit. Despite all this neglect they will be the first people to sue you if anything goes wrong. Also all the horses are under weight with their ribs showing and if you complain they will tell you that is healthy.

Horrendous boarding facility. They do not maintain their facility or take care of the horses. Seems like a great place at first but then you will start to have many issues with the staff and the care of the horses. It was like pulling teeth to get the staff to accomplish anything. They were extremely unorganized and it took forever for any of my concerns to be resolved. For example, I asked if they would fill in holes in the pasture's shelter where my horse was. The owner said she would get some sand and it was not for 2.5 more months until it was actually fixed, putting more horse at extreme risk of possibly breaking a leg. Arena is very small and was very rarely ever dragged for the amount of footing that was in it so it would become very hard. Feeding portions are very small. Most of the horses show ribs on the property and when I confronted them that my horses body condition was deteriorating the barn manager said it was "okay for a couple ribs to show". That being said, the pastures were always very clean with hardly any manure ever in them. Horse owner beware!
