Oozey B's Grilled Cheese

Excellent grilled cheese sandwich from Oozy Bs food truck! Fresh and yummy. Everything I have ordered is delicious.

Oozey B's is so much more than a food truck...It's an experience. My husband saw a review online and really wanted to try them out. I had no idea we were stopping until he pulled in, but he knows my love of grilled cheese. I asked him to grab me a classic sandwich but a quick search online showed something about a "blueberry and brie" and I quickly got out of the car to change my order because, whatever that was, I had to try it. Chef Bryan graciously explained to me that this was a soft launch item he had tried out but that it was still in development and he wanted to change the brie to goat cheese. I think I let out a squeal of happiness because my absolute favorite cheese in the world is blueberry goat cheese. He told me that it wasn't really on menu but he would make it happen and I felt so taken care of! I don't remember the last time I was so excited for food! I also ordered seasoned tots and my husband ordered the Tot-chos. Chef B was just getting set up for the day and he advised us it would be a bit of a wait but we were happy to do it. Later, he realized he did not have the mixture of goat cheese and this man closed down his food truck to go home and get it for me. If there is a level of service higher than this, I have never experienced it. The food we were served was more than worth the wait. The tots were perfectly crisp and golden on the outside with a soft, tender interior. They were seasoned with just the right touch of flavors to enhance the delightful crunch without overwhelming its delicate texture. In other words, best tots ever. My husband LOVED his tot-chos and eventually I was able to persuade him to share a bit with me. The meat was boldly and fully flavored and even after the drive home, the tots were still crispy. The sandwich he prepared for me was so delicious. Savory and sweet with a dreamy, creamy texture. It was so exquisite, it sent waves of delight through my being, leaving me in a state of euphoric bliss, so much so that I didn't even see him approaching to check on how I liked the sandwich because I was closing my eyes with each bite trying to savor each moment. Chef B is obviously an experienced professional and we were incredibly impressed with his innovative approach and skill level. He is one of the friendliest, warmest people you will ever meet and he really cares about his customers and his art. This man deserves a Michelin Star!I highly recommend Oozey B''s to anyone in the area and even if you're not in the area come anyway because it is worth the trip! I can't wait to come back and try everything on the menu.

I'm so glad I found Oozey B's Grilled Cheese. I arrived at his food truck just as he was setting up. I was able to order a Tot-chos and was handed a little pager and I decided to wait in my car in the a/c to cool down from the heat. When my food was ready Chef B personally delivered the food to my car. That is great customer service right there. The Tot-Chos were so amazing. The tots were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were seasoned just right. The meat was full of flavor and the added toppings made it so delicious. The best Tot-Chos that I have ever had. The prices at Oozey B's are very reasonable and the portions are great. I look forward to my next visit to try some of their grilled cheeses.

Came back and ended up getting my favorite Maple Bacon Grilled Cheese & Tater Tots. Also, had to try the Broccoli Cheddar Soup. It was good especially in this weather.His customer service is amazing!!!So happy that he has added soups to his menu: Tomato Bisque SoupBroccoli Cheddar Soup

I was so happy to see a food truck at the River Islands Farmers Market. I love cheese and trying new things so decided to stop here for lunch with my friend. We both ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and she ordered the seasoned tots and I ordered the garlic tots. The steak was tender and great flavor and the tots were my favorite! We also got a peach lemonade and it was perfect for a summer day. I will be back! Thank you for the great food and customer service!

All the grilled cheese sandwiches are amazing great amount of cheese and crispyness highly recommend giving it a try! My go to order is the bbq chicken with the seasoned tots and the order came out quick so they have great service

All I gotta say is Chef B has the grilled cheese game down to a science. My fat boy taste buds are satisfied and my family loved the food too.

I tried Oozey B's for the first time, and it definitely didn't disappoint! Located in the fairgrounds off Airport Way, it's a great spot to try this place out! I had the mushroom grilled cheese, along with the garlic tots and peach lemonade. The mushrooms added a meatiness to the sandwich and were cooked perfectly. I can't say enough about the garlic tots, which perfectly complemented the meal. Best tasting tots I've ever had! And the peach lemonade was so tasty and refreshing, and I loved the tartness of it! Brian, the owner of Oozey B's, took the time to explain the menu and let us know what was in all the items on the menu. Definitely recommend!!!
