On The Spot RV & Trailer Repair

Nothing "On The Spot" about them. I reached out to On The Spot RV on August 22 2024. I talked to Brooke and let her know Crossroads had given them as a referral since they are a service center that services "on the spot" and our brand new destination trailer (purchased around May 2024) is not fun to move. The first question I asked was can you come to my location. The answer was yes but with an estimated September 20th service date. I let them know it was "No problem, I just need it serviced before the first rain" as my issue is with a roof/ac unit that leaks onto my bed. I did have a few other minor fixes like decorative wood separation under bed/ kitchen cabinet/ bathroom door & detaching Septic handle. They started with all my trailer/warranty info and I waited on a text to let me know the exact day I would receive service.On the Spot RV requested the following photos and info in the following weeks stating they are uploading them to the crossroads portal for parts and approval:-August 22ndRequest for photos of wood trim detachingBedroom door wrap they planned to glue down-August 26thRequest for photos of leaking roof/ ac unitRequest for black tank valve "so they could order the right one"-September 4thI received a message " just want to let you know we have not forgot about you. Robert is still trying to figure out the schedule for you"-September 23 i sent a message "Circling back, its been weeks." I received no reply-September 25thCalled and receptionist told me no update from Robert, she remembered i was the service call and said she was calling her boss and would call me right back. i never received a call back.-October 1st I sent a message"Any word back from your boss?" I received no reply-October 2ndCalled receptionist and she said she was still trying to get a date figured out. I let her know that if it rains before I received service i would have a bed full of water. I had already waited the 30 days that they planned to get me on the books plus 10. Again, she was going to check with her boss on a date.Finally after 40 days of waiting for service I received a text " I just spoke to him and he said he doubts he can make it out there. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. WOW! I'm seriously floored. With the first rain right around the corner I did not expect to be scrambling on something set in motion in August....

I highly recommend this business. My overall experience was fantastic. Robert was very thorough and professional did a great job for me. My air vents, sunroof, and other fixtures were included in my roof repair. The estimate I was given actually came $300 under the negotiated price. I found Robert to be very honest and fair. You'll have to make an appointment he gets a lot of business.

I took my Travel Trailer to On The Spot for some maintenance work and a couple items I was having trouble figuring out. The staff was very courteous and genuinely good people. They explained my problems I was having and got them fixed quick! I was very happy with the repair cost and the work was done professionally and it looks great!! I definitely will be using them again for all my Rv services!!

On the spot RV and trailer is awesome anything you need for your RV and your trailer he's got it. Robert is the owner and he's a skilled Craftsmen and he knows his business.He has worked on my boat trailer and my truck camper and got the job done with skill .I needed bearing kit for my trailerAnd he had it.Thanks on the spot RV and trailer.

The whole gang at On The Spot, Robert Woods, OwnerMurt, Brook, et al, were great to work with. Diagnosed a brand new front leveler as defective. Coming across the country I could find no one who could dianosis it. Camping World and several private and mobile RV Repair kept putting more fluid in it. The manufacturer replaced the leveler under warranty.Refrigerator had stopped working. They reset it and it is still working. I ran over my powered power cord reel and ripped it out of the compartment. They installed a new one.

Had done wiring done for my truck and trailer. Good work and very knowledgeable. Had the parts and work done professionally

I purchased a new RV from a relatively new company (Alliance RV) and it had a number of small problems that needed to be repaired. He jumped right on it and got the RV working the way it should be. Friendly customer service and quality repairs. SO HAPPY.

we hit a tree branch during a windy, rainy, night and broke our bathroom vent cover. these guys worked us into their schedule the next day and got us back in the road and fixed an alarm issue as well. they were incredibly efficient and knowledgeable . and reasonable!

Sorry, but I brought in my new trailer to have some things done. He could not get them done blamed it on the company I bought the trailer from. instead of giving it to us back at a timely manner. We didn't get it back for almost a year,l. my one-year warranty was out and my extended warranty won't cover the things I need it done, then he broke some things and wouldn't replace them promised things and never got them
