Michelle (Olivia Grace Events) was a dream to work with! I've heard so many stories about how stressful wedding planning can be, but it was actually so fun designing, planning and getting married thanks to Michelle. She immediately understood our vision and suggested vendors that were on point but still within our budget. I especially appreciate that she is up to date on the trends but can also advise on what will look timeless. I also liked that she'd text or share instagram posts of things she thought I'd like and was totally willing to adjust orders (multiple times!) and communicate with vendors if I did want to incorporate something new. We had our wedding at my in-laws' home, so I was nervous about all of the vendors working in an unfamiliar space (especially catering using a home kitchen!), but Michelle managed everyone flawlessly and did walk throughs with each vendor to make sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day. Michelle is also the most detail-oriented person I've ever met. She was always five steps ahead of me and thought through every detail down to timing the shuttles so that they didn't have to pass each other on the narrow road leading up to the venue. When I mentioned that I was worried about it being too warm during cocktail hour after checking the weather forecast, she had already looked into renting umbrellas to keep guests comfortable and moving the charcuterie table to a cooler location. She kept us on track for paying our vendors and was knowledgeable about how the rental companies drop off and pick everything up. My husband and I had the BEST stress-free wedding day because we had full trust in Michelle. We miss planning with her, but we still keep in touch. We are SO grateful we had Michelle on our team and can't thank her enough!!

Hiring Michelle of Olivia Grace Events is hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. Michelle's immaculate attention to detail, calm demeanor, and take charge attitude are the perfect combination in a wedding planner. The few small issues that came up, Michelle handled/came up with solutions to before even telling us, which prevented so much stress along the way. Michelle made sure to understand our vision so she could help us create our perfect day. When I hear other people talk about how stressful wedding planning was, I feel extra lucky to have had Michelle as I truly never felt stressed or overwhelmed by the process. Our day went so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing that day besides enjoying each other and our guests. During the planning process, Michelle became a friend and confidant. We are beyond grateful for her and will miss her endlessly!

I can't begin to describe how wonderful it was working with Michelle for the last 2.5 years! She helped us create the most beautiful and stress free day. She also helped us plan not one but TWO different weddings because of COVID & the forest fires. Wedding planning can be a lot but Michelle is so kind, and easy to talk to that our planning sessions were such a highlight for us even amidst all of the craziness of the last couple of years. We had a lot of factors that made planning an extra challenge, and Michelle went above and beyond and helped us plan the most beautiful day from start to finish. Our day was even better than we could have imagined. We've had friends and family repeatedly telling us how it's the best wedding they've ever been to and it's all thanks to Michelles hard work & incredible eye for design! We can't recommend her enough!

TL;DR: Do you care about your wedding day? Then call Michelle, cuz she's the only wedding coordinator who will care as much as you do. On the fence about getting a coordinator? Do it. Hire her. It's the one thing I tell everyone you absolutely need. So let's break it down. Either you don't want to do anything for your wedding and you want someone to help from soup to nuts OR you're OCD af and want to plan every little detail of your wedding until you absolutely drive yourself crazy. I guess there's like an in between or something, too. If you fall into the first category, you're going to want to hire Michelle as your full wedding planner. She'll make that ish the wedding of your dreams. If you're like me, you fall into the second category, and you're going to want to hire Michelle as your day of coordinator (DoC), since she's the only person detail oriented enough to handle yo' a$$! ;)Now, there is DIY bride, and then there is me. I made e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g for the wedding. I mean, you find it on Pinterest, I made it. Down to the personalized cornhole, the marquee letters, and the laser cut dessert table signage. That might seem like an easier wedding from the outside, but for a coordinator? That is an absolute sh*t show. She had to set that e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g up day of. I would not trust anyone else to have gotten that done and made everything look perfect. This girl put in 29,000 steps. That is almost 15 miles. Google it. My ceremony and reception were all at the same venue, everything was less than about 500 feet away. You do the math. Beyond that, wedding vendors in general suckkkk. They require so much coordination (assuming they reply to you at all). Michelle is the opposite. She will make you feel like you're her only client even if she has 5 other clients at the same time. She will always get back to your promptly. She will whip your less-than-amazing other vendors right into shape. And above all, she is organized. So organized. She thinks of all the things you won't. I was getting married in Sonoma. She remembered to ask the venue if they had a generator and a backup plan! If you heard about a recent wedding (Sept 2019) at Cornerstone that got evacuated, you know how important this is. Honestly, anything could have happened on my wedding day, and Michelle still would have found a way to make it look just like a fairytale. You absolutely need her in your life if you're getting married and you'll be so glad you did. In closing, let me give you one last example. The week before my wedding, I decided I wanted a horse and carriage for our sendoff (long story). Michelle totally took it in stride, updated the timeline, and made sure to ask us if we wanted to change the photographer's hours so he could stay later and get pics of it. WOW! 10/10, would recommend. Period. Mic drop.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Michelle of OGE. She is extremely personable, organized, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She is flexible, approachable and completely reliable. Our wedding weekend was, without a doubt, the best weekend of our lives -- and without Michelle, none of it would have been possible. Not a single reservation comes to mind when recommending Michelle for your future events. She is simply the best.

I feel for any bride who had plans for a wedding in 2020. In a year that's been impossible to plan I am grateful that we were able to pivot our plans and elope. My one piece of advice in trying to plan through COVID is to find yourself a kick-ass planner like Michelle. Because if you can navigate a wedding seamlessly through a pandemic, you can do anything. Michelle is organized, thoughtful, knowledgeable and always a step ahead. Plus she has a great sense of humor and is a joy to be around! And believe me I've needed plenty of occasions for humor this year.Leading up to our ceremony, Michelle made sure communication was buttoned up (we had multiple check-ins) and all things were accounted for. When we were figuring out transportation plans and weren't sure how my husband and I were going to get to the ceremony separately without seeing each other, she willingly volunteered to pick me up on her way. I wish there was footage of her stuffing me into her front seat with my enormous gown! Little moments like that go a long way and make you feel cared for as a client. Our ceremony was perfect - intimate, relaxed, fun. And I didn't have to worry about a thing. Unfortunately for Michelle she is stuck with us for another year (at least), but seeing what she was able to do with our ceremony gives me all of the confidence that our reception is going to be the party of the century.Michelle is more than just a planner, she is a friend and I would recommend her to anyone in my network. Phenomenal Experience!Michelle is the best! She is organized, knowledgeable, creative and the utmost professional. Not only does she know how to "run the show" when things are going smoothly but she knows how to handle the completely unexpected and make it perfect. Our gorgeous outdoor venue was rained out the day before the wedding. Michelle took the reins and turned a frumpy alternate space into a magical masterpiece that took your breath away and wowed the bride and groom beyond their imagination. I can't speak highly enough of Michelle's talent. Her grace under pressure is the icing on the cake!

Michelle is the most amazing event planner. For over a year, Michelle guided my wife-to-be and I through the wedding process. She was at every vendor appointment, coordinated with the venue, and helped outline necessary tasks with a schedule and timeline. Not only did she coordinate the wedding itself, she also planned the welcome party and post wedding brunch. She was there for us whenever we needed her by phone/text/email and would respond at a moments notice.My wife and I got married in May of 2019 in Napa. Of course it decided to rain on our wedding day (in May...). After a year of perfectly timing out and coordinating an outdoor wedding, Michelle had to make a 180 turn and make everything happen indoors. Lucky for us, we were worry free (for the most part) as we knew Michelle would make it perfect, and that she did.My wedding weekend was by far the most fun I have ever had, and I attribute that to Michelle Lücker.

Getting married involves a myriad of decisions. There are the obvious large ones - venue, time of year, invitations, dress etc - but there are thousands of small ones to contend with, as well. We met with 3 wedding planners, all great and capable, but Michelle stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Her attention to detail and her dogged advocacy on our behalf gave us a peace of mind through out the entire process, which was invaluable. She not only mitigated the stress inherent in being center stage but allowed us to be FULLY PRESENT for our special day and enjoy the day without any other thoughts but our friends, family, and our love for each other. The best decision you could possibly make on your journey towards your perfect wedding is hiring Michelle.Not only is she a talented designer and event producer, Michelle takes the time to go above and beyond all expectations. Her ability to see the big picture early (and help us see it) allowed us to fully conceptualize how our wedding day would unfold and helped to keep us on task in a way which would have been impossible on our own. Also, she is just plain fun to be around and makes you feel as if you're working with an old friend. I could go on and on but the point is this: hire Michelle as your full time wedding planner. Out of all the decisions we made, this one was definitely our favorite.

We worked with Michelle this past year as our day of coordinator and are so glad we did! About 8 weeks out from the big day, Michelle took over all coordination with our vendors - she familiarized (read: memorized, really!) herself with the contracts and immediately got to work solving some problems I had missed in the planning process (ie our event rental drop off window was not properly considered!). It was such a relief to have Michelle on our side - negotiating with our vendors and our venue hand in hand. Michelle brought our wedding day to life - completely executing my *very specific* vision. Our wedding day was stress-free knowing Michelle was on-site handling all.the.things. Our wedding was stretched across three mini-sites at our venue (with a hillside and lots of stairs) which I'm sure complicated things - Michelle basically needed to be in multiple places at once throughout the wedding day. She somehow handled it all, and if there were any mishaps, we had no idea! Thank you Michelle, for allowing us to focus on soaking in our big day.
