Olde Tyme Pastries

Amazing pastries! We went to a birthday party and had the Best cake. Not a huge surprise that it was from Olde Tyme Pastries. Just amazing every time. I haven't been disappointed by anything from here. Anywhere else I'm a pie guy but OTP gets me going cake. The service is okay. The ambiance is nice. All that really matters is that the deserts are the best. Pro tip- stop by Oak Barrel Ice and Creamery to pick up some vanilla ice cream and pop a scoop onto your cake slice....Nothing better!

We have been coming to Old Tyme Pastries since the last century. I would frequently drive my family over 30 miles each way to get their wonderful pastries and cookies. I haven't been by for a few years as my kids are now grown, but I went there today. I was very much disappointed.The pastries and cookies are smaller than they used to be and cost more. I get ht3 cost more, but come on, the cookies were small. The croissant was micro.The pastries we ordered were stale. We don't understand how that could happen as we ordered at 8am on a Monday. It used to be that the stale items were pulled from behind the glass and put out at a bargain price. The pastries were definitely either baked and prepared poorly or were stale, or both. For five bucks for a tiny croissant, I expect better.

My son was craving cheesecake, and after looking up places online, he decided to order a raspberry cheesecake from Olde Tyme Pastries. When we went to pick it up, the place was pretty busy, so we had to take a number to get helped. The wait wasn't too bad, though, and the price seemed reasonable considering the cake was a good size.I'm not a fan of cheesecake myself, but to me, it looked dry, and the jelly or topping on it didn't seem very appealing--it looked dry as well. Because of that, I wasn't even tempted to try it. My son, on the other hand, was super excited since the place has a lot of good reviews. Unfortunately, he wasn't thrilled after tasting it. He's had two slices, and the rest is still sitting in the fridge waiting to be thrown out.Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be going back--at least not for cheesecake.

Service was AWFUL!! Not one person greeted us or smiled at us. Absolutely terrible. The girl that helped us seemed so miserable and she was rude. We had never been in before and weren't sure what the process and she was annoyed when we asked her about a menu item. The girl making coffee never made eye contact with a single person and the wait was long! Lastly, the same rude girl that took our order, didn't wash her hands after helping someone else and then proceeded to make sandwiches. The place was very busy but the service was embarrassing. Definitely could use some help. The coffee and breakfast sandwich my husband got was ok. But we'd never go back.

We have been long time customers over the years. Overall their quality and service go above and beyond. The cafe inside is super cute and vibe is relaxed. To be fair we only order cakes and desserts. This weekend we ordered a cake for my sister's birthday gathering. We had to provide the cake decoration. We specifically asked for whipped frosting because generally buttercream is too sweet. My family usually scapes it off. We picked up the cake before they closed on Saturday evening and it was covered in buttercream. It was too late to do anything. That was a specific request that was missed. Pro tip: get your order in early and be prepared to bring your own decorations if you have a specific theme.

My daughter wanted a very trendy heart cake for her 24th birthday which was red with gold lettering. Inside was chocolate with fresh strawberries. This place did exactly what she asked for. They did not just listen to her they heard her. Old Tyme pastries listens to their customers and goes above to help with their experience.Old Tyme Pastery store was clean with the smell of fresh bread baking.

Service was very confused and didn't act like they needed to take care of me. It took 30 minutes to get a mocha and still didn't get it right Twice! I ended up asking for a refund and left not to come back again, I was ignored after complaining and it took another 15 minutes to make 1 mocha. Very frustrating place to visit. The business had very poor organization with the register and checking out was a mess and a nightmare. Won't go back.

All their cakes and pastries are so delicious. The servers worked so hard because this location is very busy. Great atmosphere.

The service is always excellent - especially when ordering a custom cake.Unfortunately, their baked goods and pastries are barely edible.

Great baked good and a super friendly staff. A very sweet girl named Autumn helped me with my sweets and was so kind and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone with sweet tooth or in need of a caffine pick-me-up as they have great coffee too. Oh I forgot the sandwiches, super yummy!!!
